Villa Aqua Zen is newly built free standing family home, completed in September of 2010. The owners spent months throughout the year in selecting the furniture, the painting and in decorating the home to make it exactly look the way they wanted it. Before starting to rent it out, the owners even spent themselves a few days in the villa, just to make sure that everything is right. It certainly speaks for the fine quality and comfort you can expect here! |

The two-bedroom, one bath villa is located in the newly developed community of French Cul-de-Sac. The dwellings in this residential area are lined up along the shores of the scenic Bay that adjoins famous Orient Bay on the northwestern end. This area is basically known by locals and frequent St. Martin visitors for the ferry boat that leaves from here to the tropical dream beach of Pinel Island. |
To make your waterfront vacation experience at Aqua Zen even more attractive, the villa has a private beach access and own boat dock where you can hop into two kayaks the villa owners made available to guests. A few paddle strokes will carry you over to Pinel Island for a relaxing day on a very pleasant tropical beach. |

The villa does not have a swimming pool, but you can swim right off from the beachside garden. And when you return to the villa from your swim or paddling, you can rinse off at the shower installed in the garden under a tree. |
A beautiful tropical garden and palm trees surround the villa, the terrace, the private sun deck and seaside yard. All these areas overlook the Caribbean Sea and offer fine views of the water, the boats, Pinel and other small neighboring islands, as well as the remarkable skyline of St. Barth's in the background.
Villa Aqua Zen is situated at a prime waterfront location taking advantage of the tropical breeze from the sea, the Caribbean sun and the water front.

TWO FINE BEDROOMS - ONE WITH KING BED, ONE WITH QUEEN BED, A/C Villa Aqua Zen offers two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own character and individual charm. The Master bedroom fronts the terrace and Bay of Cul-de-Sac. The 2nd bedroom is to the rear of the house and faces the garden.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have either a King or a Queen bed with a quality mattress. The bedrooms are furnished with French elegance in an unpretentious style. When you come back from the beach or a busy day exploring the island, and you feel for a quiet place to relax, the Mezzanine is the spot to do so. For your comfort, the loft has A/C, a couple of comfortable arm chairs and a coffee table. The loft was actually designed as reading nook or for children playing quietly in the cozy rafters. The Mezzanine is also equipped with a Queen size mattress, if there is need to accommodate 1 or 2 additional guests (children). |

It takes only a few minutes from charming Aqua Zen to get to the dazzling white sands of  Pinel Beach. You can either take the ferry boat to Pinel's tropical dream beach or you can use one of the kayaks that the villa owners have readily available for you at the villa's own boats dock. |

Boat Charter to St. Barth's - A special service available at Villa Aqua Zen ! You'd like to explore St. Barth's for a day? At Villa Aqua Zen a motor boat with skipper awaits you for your private charter! You'd be picked up at the villa's boats dock in the morning and return to the villa in the late afternoon. The owners will also help organize your day in St. Barth's by arranging for car rental, restaurant reservations and more on your request. Note that fees will apply and will be charged separately. |
