Villa Beach Daze

This new three bedroom, three and a half bath villa sits on a gentle slope overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. There are expansive views of the ocean from the terrace, the pool and the Master bedroom.

Beach Daze has a covered area outside with a dining table for six, which allows for wonderful dinners around the magnificently lighted pool area.

Tranquility at Beach Daze

The building is located at approx. 300 yards distance from Dawn Beach, around 50 yards above sea level. A large garden, no building right in front, and a quiet neighborhood makes it the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The house is located within the gated, private community of Dawn Beach Estates.

You can spend your days lazing by the pool or enjoying swimming, beach strolling and snorkeling on Dawn Beach.

The villa offers also an outdoor bar and a private pool that has great views of the ocean.

Inside, you will relax on comfortable furniture in the living room while taking in the stunning views of the ocean.

Beach Daze's living room features cable TV, a stereo set with CD player and DVD player. The villa has free internet access through a WiFi connection.

Beach Daze is perfectly situated on the Dutch side, within a short distance from Dawn Beach and the new Westin Resort (in walking distance). Famous Orient Beach or Grand Case, the 'Gourmet Capital' of the Caribbean are a short drive away. It is a mere 10 minutes to get to Philipsburg, the Dutch side capital. The Dutch side of the island offers great casinos and fantastic nightlife, while the French side has wonderful dining for your pleasure.
