The swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden deck, is equipped with sunbeds and lounge chairs and is totally private for sunbathing and relaxation.

The 13,300 sq. feet garden landscaped with tropical plants, palm trees and flowers enhances the "Beauty" of this exquisitely elegant villa. Villa Beauty offers total privacy from neighbors, and has parking for 2 cars inside the fenced-in property.

The living and air-conditioned dining room are tastefully furnished; the entertainment unit includes cable/satellite TV, a DVD player and stereo. The villa also offers telephone and Internet access.

The "Hibiscus" Bedroom with a King bed was newly decorated and upgraded in September 2009 and features now an elegant look in white and gray accented by the new red paintings.

The master bedroom offers a private terrace with ocean view, and a bathroom with a large bath tub. The Master bedroom has also a safety deposit box.

With its 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bath, the villa is set up for hosting 6 persons, but additional beds can be arranged for to sleep up to 3 children.

The master suite offers a large en suite bathroom that consists of a set of designer bowl sinks, mirror, hair-dryer and a WC on one side, and a large double Jacuzzi/hot tub on the other side. All is surrounded by fine mosaic-style sand and natural stones that give this room a very particular touch!

This 3rd bedroom also offers a King bed, A/C, a closet and a private en-suite bathroom.

All rates are quoted in US$ per week and are based upon 2 persons per bedroom. Max. capacity is 3 rooms. Possibility of extra beds for children. Maid service 6 days a week, gardening and swimming pool maintenance are included in the rates. Rates do not include 5% government tax. 10% discount for stays of 3 weeks and for repeat guests. A 30% deposit is required within 5 days of the reservation. Your reservation will be only confirmed upon receipt of this deposit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival in St. Martin. The Villa provides all necessary amenities to please our guests:

	Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan and with a private bathroom and shower. You will find hair dryers in every bathroom. The Master bedroom has a safety deposit box.
	Transformers for 110V/220V available.
	Maid service is available 6 days a week for the comfort of our guests. Linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
	The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, American refrigerator with freezer & ice machine, blender, coffee maker, toaster. There is also a washer and a dryer.
	The telephone in the villa is restricted to call made on the island, to place long distance call you will need a calling card. Internet is available at the villa.
	The outside living spaces are equipped with gas BBQ grill and table tennis.
	A welcome basket with breakfast, cheese, wine, will be offered upon arrival at the villa. During the Christmas period, French Champagne is also added to the basket.
	The owners or the manager of the Villa will greet you at your arrival, and will be at your disposal during your stay.
Orient Beach with its white sand beach and turquoise waters offers all the amenities one dreams about: frozen cocktail while lounging on the beach, parasailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, snorkeling, sailing, jet ski or private boat to discover the nearby islands.
