This Estate on Orient Bay offers ample living space indoor and outdoor, a sun deck, and shaded lounge areas as well. There is a large gallery next to the pool, and a 2nd terrace at the lower level of the villa. A BBQ area is on a patio near the entrance, past the carport.

Enjoy gentle ocean breezes as you dine al fresco poolside under the large covered gallery.

A wet bar and dining area under cover, and designer patio furniture provide wonderful living space outside.

The large pool is surrounded by an area for private sunning, which joins a covered area the length of the house. The pool is generously sized at 32' x 16'. The large area around the pool is very suitable for private sunbathing. The large pool and surrounding deck overlook the sea. The sunny deck is beautifully tiled, and has a poolside shower as well.

Back inside, the furnishings are deluxe and the house is fully equipped with Stereo/CD music inside and out.

There is a large high definition TV screen in the living room, and TV sets in the Master bedrooms. The villa also offers FREE wireless Internet access.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the indoor living area with US-Satellite television (wide high definition TV screen) and an entertainment center.

Through the covered area inside is the unique stone kitchen with every amenity. There are all new stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, stove).

There are four bedrooms in the house: two are large Master Suites with king beds and marble en suite bathrooms. The other two guest suites are good sized as well. One has two twins, the other a King bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have TV and en-suite bathrooms.
