Villa Bleu de Mer sits on nearly two acres of private land, and is set into the gentle slope of Guana Bay hill. Once you closed your remote controlled gate, you will enjoy peace, tranquility and complete privacy topped by spectacular views to take back home as unforgettable memories of your Caribbean dream vacation.
A gazebo-style swim-up bar, partially integrated in the large swimming pool, adds to the entertainment of guests. The entryway leads to the terrace and patio with the dining area, inviting guests to enjoy al-fresco dining. A BBQ grill is always handy. The grounds and gardens around Villa Bleu de Mer are beautifully landscaped and very well maintained by caring owners, who live on island.
The views are best from the deck and from upstairs living room that features wide sliding glass doors to open out to a balcony with one of the most stunning views on the island.
The pool is large and is surrounded by a generous deck that allows private sunbathing. The dining patio and the sun deck are equipped with Teak patio furniture. On the upper level is a 2nd terrace with lounge chairs, where you may want to take a private sunbath as well.

The dining room opens out to a patio located to the rear of the house. There ia a large table and chairs for having lunch or a snack in a 'cool', quiet and shaded area. A few steps on a pathway off the patio will take you to the Cottage. |
Inside, on the main level of the 3-split-level villa, is a spacious dining room. It has a large mahogany, marble-topped dining table and is conveniently located just next to the kitchen.

The living room is located on the upper floor of the villa. It features the best views of Guana Bay Beach and the surrounding area, including views up to St Barth's. The living room has cable TV with US channels as well as an entertainment center.

A complete set of crockery, glassware, dinner- and tableware and all cooking utensils are there. In addition to the full size refrigerator, a separate freezer for larger supplies of deep frozen is available in a facility/storage room next to the kitchen. |
The large kitchen, in white and blue colors, is all new. All appliances and kitchen furniture have been added to the villa recently. There is everything you'll need for family style cooking or for hosting a larger group. There is an oven, a gas stove, microwave, dish washer, a full size refrigerator, an ice-maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.

| Villa Bleu de Mer features 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and 5 baths. Four of the bedrooms are in the main house, of which the Master bedroom occupies the entire right wing of the villa, whereas the guest bedrooms are on the large left wing, on other side of the dining and living room. The 5th bedroom is not in the main building. It is in the Cottage located to the rear of the house near the patio. Each bedroom has been carefully furnished and decorated by adding inividual charm to each of them, also by the vibrant Caribbean colors of walls and accessories that dominate each bedroom. | ||
The Master Bedroom occupies the entire right wing of the villa providing complete privacy. Relax in the hammock-type "air-chair" on your private porch and enjoy the wonderful ocean view and the breeze! The Master Suite has A/C and its own large screen TV with US channels. There is a large cedar paneled walk-in closet adjacent to the Master suite with lots of room to spare. |

Bedrooms # 2, 3 and 4 The Green, Blue and Red bedrooms are situated in the left wing of the house, along with their three bathrooms. All rooms are different and individually decorated and painted in a different color. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned and face the ocean. In case you resist the temptation to spend the entire day lazing by the pool & deck, Guana Bay beach is less than a 2 minutes drive from the villa. It is a perfect beach for beach strolling or an early morning run. Popular beaches such as Orient Beach or Le Galion are a 15 minutes drive away. Bleu de Mer is a 10 minutes drive from Philipsburg for duty free shopping or gambling at one of its 4 casinos. The new "Boardwalk" on the beach in Philipsburg is a great place for sipping a Happy Hour drink, going out for a casual lunch on the beach, or for some night entertainment with live music usually on weekends.
