Blue Bay is a newly built modern 4 bedroom/4.5 bath hillside property overlooking Anse Marcel on the French side of St. Martin. The villa is a 2-level home and was completed in February 2009 - just a few months after its sister Villa Tropic Paradise that can be rented from the same owners. The property is spacious, tranquil and secluded and thus ideal for a large family reunion or a luxury getaway with friends seeking total tranquility and serenity in a modern contemporary style. Booked together, the two villas can host a large party of 8 couples/16 people in a comfortable luxurious setting, allowing privacy for each and one within the group.

At a short distance from the villa, driving down the hill, is the picturesque beach of Anse Marcel with two of the island's most luxurious hotels, The Radisson and Le Domaine Resort, where you can enjoy a day on the beach using facilities such as restaurants, beach bars, chairs, umbrellas, and water sports.

Tucked away in the secluded area at the Northwestern tip of St. Martin, this villa can be considered as one of the last hidden secrets of the island.

The large private swimming pool of 5x11 m or 16x36 ft overlooks Anse Marcel and the marina. It features a children safety device and is wrapped by a wooden deck, surrounded by the newly planted garden and framed by the hills of Anse Marcel.

When you enter the villa, you will be amazed by the spacious and elegant open plan living area. The large room with vaulted ceiling comprises some 100 sqm and features an elegant dining area on one side, the open kitchen to the other and a comfortable corner seating area to the front side. The living room opens to the terrace by extra wide sliding doors and is furnished with high end modern furniture and a few decorative pieces.

Villa Blue Bay offers a very well equipped open plan kitchen including all new appliances. There is an oven/stove, a full size refrigerator with ice-maker, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and also a sophisticated wine cooler. A charcoal BBQ grill is handy outside on the terrace.

Modern amenities in the living room include a wide LCD TV screen with US and French channels, DVD, and entertainment center, mobile phone and WiFi-Internet.

Benefit from their personal welcome on arrival and their assistance in planning your vacation! Whether it is car rental, sailing trips, renting jet skis, kayaks, or a motor boat, or simply organizing a babysitter or daily housekeeping. The owners will be happy to help you in making arrangements for you. They dedicate a great deal of their spare time to best possibly accommodate every single guest. You will be in good hands when renting the villa from them as one of the first guests since its opening in early January 2009!

Villa Blue Bay offers four spacious air-conditioned King bedrooms. Three are located on the main floor at ground level of the villa. The fourth bedroom is on the upper floor and features a view of Ansel Marcel and the sea. On ground floor, 2 bedrooms open to the pool deck, and one is facing the entrance & garden.

The bedrooms provide space and the style of modern European interior design, completed by exquisite stone floor tiles throughout. Towels, beach towels and linen are provided at Villa Blue Bay. An iron and iron board is handy, and a washing machine and a dryer are in a separate facility room.


All 4 bathrooms have a rain shower head and stylish fixtures and fittings. Each bath features a hair-dryer and adaptors for 220V/110V.

The four bedroom suites are independent and equipped with King size beds and A/C. Each bedroom has its own elegant en-suite bathroom and a separate private restroom. All four bedrooms have pretty much the same size and are accessed from inside, off the living room, where you'll also find a flight of stairs to bedroom #4. Two bedrooms are equipped with a safety deposit box.

Designer fixtures and fittings in every bathroom!

Each bathroom at Blue Bay features designer fixtures & fittings and a porcelain bowl or vessel sink, and a shower with a large round rain shower head. The restroom (WC) for each bedroom is made private in a separate, adjoining room.

If you are traveling with toddlers, it will be good for you to know that a high chair, baby crib and other children items are at your disposal if needed.
