Villa Blue Cap consists of 2 modern colonial-style buildings on two levels. The main building holds the very spacious open plan living, dining room and kitchen with the adjoining gallery and gazebo on the upper floor. On the lower floor are the elegant three bedrooms set alongside the pool.
The property features a beautiful, good sized swimming pool in the center of the two buildings. The pool is made of unique, handcrafted marble mosaic and illuminates automatically at nighttime.
A spacious tiled terrace, gallery and sun deck wrap around the pool and offer various sunny and shaded areas for your relaxation. The Villa offers expansive living space, luxury furnishings throughout, inside and on the outdoor spaces.

The spacious open-plan living area, a fabulous gourmet kitchen and an elegant dining area with a round marble table complete the harmony of this wonderful property! The dining table offers seating for 6 persons, a beautiful sea view on one side, and the modern kitchen on the other side.

About half of this spacious room is used for the kitchen and dining area, the other half consists of the living room. In between these two areas is a flight of wide marble stairs that take you down to the bedrooms, the pool, deck and lower level terrace.

The villa owner didn't spare any cost when he equipped the impeccable kitchen! It has all the sophisticated and modern amenities including a white ceramic glass hob with 5 electric cook tops, a stove, microwave, dishwasher, two oversized refrigerators and freezers, and a porcelain double sink. Needless to say that all kitchen utensils, dinnerware and crockery are available in the luxurious Kitchen, located on your left as soon as you enter the villa.
The living/ dining area is very spacious. Along with the kitchen, it encompasses the entire upper floor in the main building!
This great room is furnished and decorated with elegance and style. Both the living room and the dining room open to the gallery and provide a great view of the sea.

The seating area is equipped with entertainment amenities of a luxury home including a wide flat screen TV (featuring US and European channels), DVD, CD-player and sound system. To mention also, that free Internet access is provided at Villa Blue Cap (bring your laptop or notebook), as well as in-room safes.
If you like to be your own cook during your vacation, you will love the kitchen at this villa! It meets the highest expectations of a Gourmet chef!
Villa Blue Cap has three almost identical King bedrooms and 3 private en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are on ground floor with direct access to the pool and deck. All bedrooms are equipped with a King sized bed, A/C, a walk-in closet and feature similar furniture and accessories.
The split air-conditioned bedrooms at Blue Cap are lined up alongside the pool and are accessed from the terrace.
The 2nd bedroom opens to the gallery and has a nice view of the pool and the sea beyond.

Two bedrooms are located in the larger main building. The third bedroom is in the smaller building by the pool, underneath the Gazebo.
Each en-suite bathroom offers a stall shower made of natural stone tiles and mosaics and a rain shower system, a sink, a large mirror, and ample supply of towels.
The 2nd bedroom is slightly larger than the other rooms, as its walk-in closet has more space and provides access to the laundry room.

The bedrooms are generously sized, feature elegant new furniture and decoration, a large walk-in closet and a lovely view of the pool. Each bedroom has a beautiful private en-suite bathroom.
