The 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa lies within the new upscale gated community of Park View, situated on the hills at the Northwestern end of popular Orient Bay.

The gracious living room at Blue Romance, as all the other rooms, has been beautifully furnished and decorated by the French owners. Blue Romance's living and dining areas are spacious, well appointed and both with vaulted ceiling.

The classical, new-romantic style furnishing invites guests to celebrate their special occasion at this tranquil retreat, whether it is for an intimate honeymoon, an anniversary, or renewal of vows.

The villa is a perfect place for making you feel what French understand by "joie de vivre", means a joyful lifestyle. At night, Villa Blue Romance dims down to romance. The soft lights from the lamp shades and two beautiful chandeliers, in the living room and in the dining room, provide the perfect atmosphere for an intimate candle light dinner for two, or a tranquil dinner with special friends or family.

Wide sliding doors lead from the dining room to the terrace and the pool deck. The indoor dining area is designed to enjoy the great view as well, at day or at night.

The magical romantic atmosphere is no accident. While your days on St. Martin can be filled with adventure discovering the island, the evenings at the villa can just be the perfect setting for some memorable moments inside the villa, or out on the covered terrace and deck watching the amazing star gazing.

Intimate dinners can also easily be set up on the outside dining area on the covered terrace, located just next to the inside dining are. You may want to choose outside for better watching the moon and the stars.

Villa Blue Romance has three large air-conditioned bedrooms and three private en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms open to the deck and the pool; one of the two is the master bedroom. It has a wonderful view of the Caribbean sea.

The Master bedroom has a beautiful view. You can lie in bed and look out on the sea! This bedroom features also its own flat panel TV allowing you to have a relaxing time inside your room during the day or in the evening.

The second bedroom of the villa reflects themes of the sea - "La Mer" - in the décor and on the linen. The room actually opens to the deck, and you can admire the Caribbean sea every time you step out of this room or when you relax on your porch.

The second bedroom is equipped with a French double bed, mosquito net and A/C. French doors lead onto your porch on the terrace. The well appointed en-suite bathroom has a good size. The colors of the tiles and cabinets are white and yellow. The bath features two sinks, a stall shower, a large mirror, and plenty of space for putting your toiletries away.

A cot is installed in the third bedroom, thought for couples traveling with a young child. If it's just the two of you sharing this beautiful room, the cot can be removed.
