Casa Anaelle is the latest addition to the upscale villa rentals on Orient Bay, situated on the French, northern part of St. Martin. The owners paid utmost attention to details when upgrading and finishing the home in summer 2008 to make it ready and as comfortable as possible for their valued guests.

VILLA CASA ANAELLE

This new, fine home is situated within the gated community of Orient Bay, only a few minutes from the most popular beach of St. Martin. It is a secure hilltop villa built within a huge, gated property comprising several private homes, all belonging to the same family that owns the entire top of the hill in this area of Orient Bay.

From the living room, the gallery and the pool deck Casa Anaelle provides magnificent panoramic views, including Orient Bay, the pond in front of famous "Club O", the baby beach of Le Galion and the majestic mountains of St. Barth's in the distance.

Casa Anaelle features a child protected infinity pool and a large sun deck equipped with numerous sun beds. The villa is set amidst a well kept tropical garden with exotic flowers, plants and palm trees.

As already visible at their two other luxury properties Casa Azul and Casa del Sol, the owner lady's talent for interior design and her sense of style in furnishing and décor can be felt in every room of Casa Anaelle. The 3 bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms exuberate a warm and welcoming style that some of you may know from the Provence or the Mediterranean. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped, comfortable, furnished in excellent quality and completed by neat and lovely decorative pieces.

Casa Anaelle is a beautifully furnished new home, tastefully decorated by the owners and providing a very comfortable ambiance of a colorful, open, airy space. The large living room features the comfy leather seating area on one side, and the dining area on the other side. The modern kitchen is next to the dining area and has an open bar counter for a snack or breakfast.

The kitchen equipment meets standards of a luxury home: you'll find a large refrigerator, dish-washer, microwave, oven/stove, a coffee maker, toaster and blender. The dinnerware and tableware are all new and beautiful. A washer is in the facility/laundry room next to the kitchen.

Casa Anaelle offers plenty of living space. Outside, the tiled sun deck is generously sized, and there is space on the gallery for al fresco dining or by the lounge area to sit down with your friends for a chat or a drink. Inside, the villa is tiled throughout, mostly with terra cotta tiles.

The spacious, bright and airy living room with extra wide sliding doors boasts high cathedral ceiling, comfortable leather furniture, and all necessary media equipment for your entertainment. The kitchen adjoins the dining area and is open to the other side towards the dining table on the covered terrace.

The en-suite bathroom in mustard and blue is very large, comes with a big stall shower, two mirrors and two beautiful ceramic sinks. For more privacy, the restroom is separate from the bath.

THE MASTER BEDROOM

The spacious Master Suite is irresistible and well deserves its name! The air-conditioned room is spacious, elegant, finely appointed and furnished with antique pieces. The King sized bed is wrapped by a colorful mosquito net that matches the bright colors of the suite. Next to the head of the bed is a dressing and storage room. A safety deposit box for your valuables is in this room as well.

BEDROOM #2

The elegant and romantic 2nd bedroom at Casa Anaelle

Bedroom No. 2 features a King sized bed and air-conditioning. Everything in this room fits harmoniously together. The colors of the romantic mosquito net as well as the beautifully tiled bathroom make a perfect match with the furnishing and decoration of this room.

BEDROOM #3

In the spacious 3rd King size bedroom at Casa Anaelle

Bedroom no. 3 opens to the terrace/gallery and provides a magnificent view of entire Orient Bay to include Club Orient, the salt pond, Le Galion beach, some tiny neighboring islands and the hilly skyline of St. Barth's at the horizon.

All bedrooms at Casa Anaelle are generously sized and equipped with a King sized bed. They provide all standard amenities that you can expect form a truly luxurious vacation home, such as A/C, dressing and closet space and a private bathroom with shower and hair dryer.

This third bedroom is a particularly beautiful room. Despite the strong colors, the overall feeling of tranquility prevails in this room and leaves a warm and accommodating ambiance. It is the most private of the three bedrooms being located on the right side of the living room when you enter the house, next to the kitchen. Bedroom No. 3 can only be accessed from outside/the terrace.

AMENITIES AND SERVICES

	The Master Suite has a King bed, a dressing, a large en-suite bath with 2 sinks and a shower tiled in yellow colors. Private restroom (toilet) is separate. The Master Suite opens to the gallery with a great view of the sea and St. Barth's. This bedroom can be accessed from both, inside the villa (left of the living room) and from the gallery.
	Bedroom #2 has a King bed, dressing room, en-suite bathroom with a sink and a shower tiled in blue turquoise colors (private restroom is separate). The room is located to the rear of the house, accessed from inside, left off the living room.
	Bedroom #3 has a King bed, and a white and yellow en-suite bathroom with a sink and a shower (private restroom is separate). The room opens to the terrace and is accessible only from outside/the gallery.
