It is situated within the gated residency of the owner family, who owns the entire, huge hillside lot at this section of the gated community of Orient Bay. It is an ideal villa for a family reunion or a getaway with friends looking for a quiet, safe, and luxurious private villa with all amenities for a relaxing vacation in total harmony and tranquility.
Casa Azul has a sister villa from the same owners, "Casa del Sol", located a few hundred yards apart from Casa Azul. Booked together, these 2 villas can accommodate up to 16 people for a perfect family reunion or a get together with friends.

The villa has a large dining area with Teak furniture on the covered terrace, a built-in stone charcoal BBQ, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area and air-conditioned King size bedrooms with private baths. There a plenty of new lounge chairs on the large, private pool deck. Another shaded lounging area is next to the covered outdoor dining area with all fine Teak patio furniture. |

The living room is very tastefully and harmoniously furnished and decorated. It has large French doors leading to the pool deck and the dining area on the covered terrace.

The Living Room
The living room at Villa Casa Azul is spacious, comfortable, bright and airy. It features a unique open ceiling that reminds of a countryside home in Mediterranean Provence. The living room is equipped with Satellite TV (soon to be replaced by a wide flat screen TV), a DVD-player and entertainment center with stereo and CD-player.

The open concept living room at Casa Azul is furnished with several West Indies Rattan sofas, love seat and chairs. Besides TV, entertainment center and telephone, there is also free WiFi Internet access in this and all the other rooms of the villa. A personal safe is also available.

The Kitchen The Provence style kitchen adjoins the living room. The kitchen and its separate, adjoining facility room is fully equipped with a new full size refrigerator with freezer and ice machine, a dishwasher, washer, gas cook tops, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a complete set of all necessary cooking utensils and dinnerware. |
The Mediterranean style kitchen is open on three sides with counters toward the living room and the outdoor dining area for easy serving breakfast, dinner or drinks. The kitchen offers a beautiful view of Orient Bay, the Caribbean sea and the surrounding lush green garden with palm trees and tropical plants.

The French owner lady of Casa Azul dedicates much of her time to keep the house in perfect shape. Furnishing and decoration of the rooms is in perfect harmony with the bright Mediterranean style and vibrant colors throughout the house.

Bedroom #2 The 2nd air-conditioned King sized bedroom is on the same upper floor level as the Master Suite. It is a warm and cozy room on the sleeper loft facing the beautiful garden to the rear of the house.

The King size bedroom #3 opens to the pool deck.The 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds is on the same ground level, facing the rear of the house.

Between bedroom no. 3 and no. 4 is the shared 3rd bathroom that is fully tiled in blue and beige and equipped with a large stall shower.
