Villa Casa Blanca 3 is a cozy hillside townhouse comprising 3 bedrooms and 2 bath, an open plan living room, modern kitchen and a beautiful terrace, sun deck and pool overlooking entire Orient Bay. The villa is a great option for families. All rooms are under one roof and are accessed from inside the house, making it perfect for families with young children. Casa Blanca 3 has terra cotta tiles throughout, and on the terrace as well. The living room features modern West Indies furniture including a relaxing corner seating sofa on one side, and a buffet & hutch on the other side, equipped with a wide flat panel TV (cable service), DVD, CD-player and stereo. Vaulted ceiling, the motif of arches inside and outdoor, combined with colorful furnishing and decoration give this family vacation home its special individual touch. |

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen in pastel green and rose colors. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your own meal easy and carefree. It includes a ceramic glass hob, an electric oven, microwave, a full size refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and a full supply of china, glasses, crockery and cooking utensils. In the kitchen is also a washing machines. |

The Master bedroom can be accessed from both, inside the villa and from the terrace. The bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with bright, white tiles, a large stall shower with rain shower head, a sink and a large mirror. |

| Villa Casa Blanca 3 features three bedrooms. All are equipped with split level air-conditioning, one Queen bed and a large white closet. The bedrooms are very nicely furnished and decorated in French/European style. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are located to the rear of the house, one to the left and one to the right of the villa entrance area. Each bedroom features vaulted ceiling making for a good feel of space. | |||||

The Master bedroom opens out to the pool & deck, and has its own patio seating in front of the sliding door. This bedroom provides a wonderful view of the pool and the turquoise Caribbean sea beyond. Whether you enjoy the vista during the day or at night with the lights over Orient Bay.

The Location
The property is located in a small gated hillside complex of 4 townhouses, within the gated community of Orient Bay on the French side of St. Martin. Orient Beach with its active beach life, water sports, beach bars and restaurants are a 2 mins drive away. On Orient Bay, there are tennis courts, horse-back riding, parasailing, jet-skis, windsurfing and kite surfing, hobbie cats, sailing, snorkeling, floating trampolines, and day trips to other small neihgboring islands, such as tropical Pinel Island or Tintamarre. French & international restaurants beach bars, a pizzeria, a French bakery, and grocery store are located a short stroll away, at Orient Village.
Orient Beach, the most famous beach in
the Caribbean, and Orient Village are a 2 mins. drive from the Villa, just down the slope!
Villa Casa Blanca 3 is only a 5 minutes drive from Grand Case, the "Gourmet Capital", 5 mins from the ferry boat to Pinel, and 15 minutes from the French Capital Marigot for its chic boutiques, sidewalk cafes and shopping.
