Casa del Sol is an ideal place for a family reunion or a getaway with friends. This fine vacation home is the sister villa to Casa Azul, situated a few hundred yards away from Casa del Sol. Booked together, these two properties can accommodate up to 16 people.

The villa comes with a very large terra cotta tiled sun deck. There are plenty of Teak lounge chairs located at the beautiful deck, which is surrounded by the tropical garden ensuring total privacy and perfect comfort of guests.

Casa del Sol features a full kitchen with all appliances and equipment of a true luxury home. This includes a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, small household devices, a washer, and more. The kitchen opens to the bar and dining area on the gallery on one side, and adjoins the living room to the other side.

This lounge area has 2 very comfortable sofas and several chairs, and is the favorite spot of guests for sharing a drink, chatting while sipping on a cocktail, or simply for enjoying the tranquility of the house and the amazing view!

Casa del Sol has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are located on the main level of the villa. The 4th bedroom is on the lower level. All bedrooms are large, are beautifully furnished and decorated with style. Each room has its individual charm and own touch added by the French owner lady, who takes lovingly care of this property.

Rates are per week in US Dollars, and are based on two persons per bedroom. Weekly rates include daily maid service. Rates are subject to 5% government tax. A 30 % deposit is required to secure a booking for the villa. Full payment is due one month before the arrival.
