Casa del Sol is a spacious, very well kept luxury 4 bedroom/4 bath vacation home on Orient Bay, on the French side of St. Martin. The villa offers ample of living space, indoor and out. Tasteful interior furnishing, and a beautiful vast area outside on the covered terrace, the pool, the sun deck and tropical gardens make this property a wonderful choice for a larger group or a family of 8.

Casa del Sol is an ideal place for a family reunion or a getaway with friends. This fine vacation home is the sister villa to Casa Azul, and Casa Anaelle, both situated about a hundred yards away from Casa del Sol. Booked together, these three properties can accommodate a large group of up to 22 people, with all staying close by on the same compound.

This elegant and luxurious villa is located on Orient Bay at only a few minutes from the beach. The villa offers fantastic views of the sea, and has one of the best direct views of St Barth's. Its stylish 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned, well appointed and tastefully furnished. The elegant and spacious Master Suite has a four poster King bed "Baldachin style", a dressing room, private bathroom and a great sea view. All rooms of this fine home are very well maintained and individually furnished and decorated.

Villa Casa del Sol offers stunning, unobstructed views of the sea and St. Barth's. The property is set amidst well manicured tropical gardens, and has no direct neighbors that could disturb your privacy at this gated luxury vacation home.

The villa comes with a very large terra cotta tiled sun deck. There are plenty of Teak lounge chairs located at the beautiful deck, which is surrounded by the tropical garden ensuring total privacy and perfect comfort of guests.

Casa del Sol features a full kitchen with all appliances and equipment of a true luxury home. This includes a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, small household devices, a washer, and more. The kitchen opens to the bar and dining area on the gallery on one side, and adjoins the living room to the other side.

Beautifully furnished, decorated with style, fine quality, Mexican terra cotta tiles throughout, Provencal roof tiles, and a perfect interior with wide flat panel TV, DVD-player, wireless Internet access etc. combined with the luxury of space and all facilities of a modern home make Casa del Sol an excellent choice for the distinguished traveler.

The living room at Casa Del Sol is spacious and opens to the large terrace, which holds a second "living room" and lounge area, situated next to the dining area on the gallery. This lounge area has 2 very comfortable sofas and several chairs, and is the favorite spot of guests to share a drink, chat with family, or sipping on a cocktail. Some simply enjoy the tranquility of the house and the amazing view!

Casa del Sol's living room is very spacious and elegantly furnished. The terra-cotta tiled room is equipped with comfortable seating on one side and a dining area in the other corner. For your entertainment, you will have flat screen cable TV, a DVD player, as well as WiFi Internet access.
