Villa Cecilia has a beautiful view from the deck and the covered terrace, overlooking the Oyster Pond lagoon, the ocean and Dawn Beach beyond. The pool and deck are private and allow swimming and sunbathing "au natural".

On the covered terrace are the Teak patio furniture to include a large dining table, chairs and lounge chairs. There is also a charcoal BBQ and umbrella available at the convenience of guests.

Villa Cecilia is located in the residential area of French Oyster Pond, near the border to the Dutch side. The villa is only a few hundred yards from Captain Oliver's Marina for taking a ride on the taxi boat over to Dawn Beach, or for having lunch, dinner or Happy Hour at the marina, e.g. at the popular Dinghy Dock.

Captain Oliver's Marina features also a grocery store, a Yacht Club & Lounge (open to the public), and a few boutiques. A few more restaurants in Oyster Pond are a short distance away. The Westin Resort is within a 5 minutes drive.

Villa Cecilia is a quiet, comfortable and clean 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located on the French side of Oyster Pond. It is tastefully furnished and very nicely decorated, with a private pool and deck overlooking Oyster Pond, Oyster Bay Resort and Dawn Beach beyond with the newly built Westin Resort. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, and the modern American kitchen is completely equipped.

Villa Cecilia is a perfect vacation home for families with children. All bedrooms are under one roof, and the rooms have all a good size.

The kitchen counter serves as a bar, and is a good place to have breakfast or a snack. The dining area itself is outside on the covered terrace, where you will find a teak dining table that seats comfortably 6 guests.

The kitchen provides all the modern appliances for family style cooking. There is a dishwasher, full size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven and stove with electric cooktops, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils, as well as a complete set of glass-, dinner- and silverware.
