The property features spectacular panoramic ocean views to include Orient Bay, the small islands of Pinel and Tintamarre, and famous St. Barth's. The hillside villa is a perfectly quiet and secluded island retreat for 2 or 3 couples, or a family of up to 8 to enjoy the secure area of the Park View community at the northern end of Orient Bay at affordable rates!

Villa Colibris is located in the upscale residential community of Park View on the hills on the Northern end of Orient Bay on the French side of the island. The location is very convenient to get to the most popular beach - Orient Beach, or to Grand Case for fine dining at one of its many excellent restaurants. Both places are a mere 5 minutes drive away. At about the same distance is the 'ferry' boat station for picturesque Pinel Island, and the marina of prestigious Anse Marcel.

Villa Colibris is a new 3 bedroom, 3 baths quiet villa that features great ocean vistas, a private pool and sun deck, and two larger outdoor areas. One is the terrace and deck that surrounds the pool and faces the sea. They provide stunning views of the blue, turquoise sea down below the hillside property. On the terrace you will also find a BBQ grill for your own private BBQ with your family.

Besides the ocean-facing terrace & deck, there is another outdoor area, the patio to the rear of the villa, surrounded by the beautiful tropical garden. Although the patio has no ocean view, it is the favorite spot for many of our guests.

On the porch, the best spot for reading a book or chatting with family The patio is shaded and the perfect spot for reading a good book, having a chat with family, or simply enjoy watching and listening to the birds at our lush garden. The birds actually gave the name to our villa. Colibris, the French word for hummingbirds, are indeed frequent visitors in our gardens.

Villa Colibris is a fenced in, hillside property that enjoys the trade winds in winter and a gentle breeze in summer that keeps humidity low and mosquitoes away from our home!

Although the property is facing East, on many days you can also watch spectacular sunsets with the clouds and skies over Orient Bay turning into purple, rose and red. Thanks to its location, Villa Colibris has a magnificent view of the sunrise. The nights are equally enchanting with the sparkling lights over Orient Bay.

The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a Queen sized bed. From the living room the stairways leads up to the Mezzanine, a sleeper loft with 2 twin beds that can accommodate 2 children, thus making Villa Colibris suitable for parties of 6 to 8 people. On the Mezzanine is also a corner to watch TV or DVD's.

Villa Colibris features a complete kitchen with modern appliances, and a bar counter that opens to the pool & deck. Enjoy the great views from this spot. You have a panoramic view of Orient Bay and the lovely islands of Pinel and Tintamarre.

The kitchen is very well equipped.
	There is a Ceran stove, an oven, microwave, a full size refrigerator with freezer and ice-maker, a dishwasher, and all other kitchen utensils, crockery and glassware for dining in.

The first bedroom is beautifully furnished with a 4 poster Queen bed, Baldachin-style, and nice decoration and accessories. The air-conditioned room has a private en-suite bath with shower.

The 2nd bedroom is appointed in Caribbean style with fine Rattan furniture. This bedroom has direct access to the pool and deck (see pictures on the right).

Every bedroom has its individual furnishing and decoration, a closet, or an armoire and dresser, and a private bath with shower.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms at Villa Colibris. Each bedroom has Air-conditioning and is equipped with a Queen size bed. On the mezzanine are 2 twin beds to accommodate additional guests.

Rates are in US Dollar per week (7 nights) and are based upon 2 people per bedroom, thus up to 6 people. 2 more guests (children) can be accommodated in the twin beds on the sleeper loft. Villa Colibris is located in the purely residential, quiet and gated new community of Park View, on the French side of the island on the Northern end of Orient Bay. The property enjoys the comfort and advantages of a recently built home (completed in 2004). The owner couple lives on the island and takes very well care of both, their guests and their properties.
