The designer finished Villa offers of a wonderful relaxing environment thanks to its location in exclusive Terres Basses, an upscale villa community on the southwestern French coast of St. Martin considered as the most prestigious area on the island. La Coral is easy to live in, very comfortable and well adapted to enjoy the fine tropical weather with wide open spaces.

Villa La Coral is a very private and very relaxing spot, built on large sized grounds including a lush tropical garden. The property consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen, and two Master bedrooms, one on each side of the living room.

The generous outdoor entertaining areas are very private to make La Coral is suitable for private sunbathing and for doing 'au natural' on premises if you wish.

The entire outdoor space was updated last year including a new, white lounge area, a new al fresco dining area on the covered terrace, new loungers and umbrellas on the sun deck.

Although not well pictured on this web page, note that La Coral overlooks the Caribbean Sea at Plum Bay and affords absolutely gorgeous sunsets!

The two air-conditioned bedrooms are bedded with King beds and decorated and furnished in bright and warm colors reminding the Caribbean. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV with DVD player; one bedroom has access to the Satellite system. Each bedroom has a beautiful en-suite private bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower.

Our two en-suite stylish bathrooms are very special and designer finished. They are made of marble basins, polished stones ("galetes") and mosaics, and offer both, an open shower inside the bathroom and a second shower on the patio outside.

In the rear of each bathroom, there is a walk-in dressing area with closets and a personal safe.

It takes less than five minutes from the peaceful setting at Villa La Coral to get to the beautiful white sand beach of Plum Bay.
