The swimming pool at the villa is made completely private and a large sun deck of 75 sqm or 807 sq ft wraps around. There are day beds and patio furniture inviting guests to relax, take a private sunbath or simply enjoy the amazing view of Orient Bay and the turquoise sea!

The covered terrace adjoins the living room. Here, you will find a very comfortable, shaded spot to enjoy an intimate dinner, chat with your friends or family, or relax at one of the two seating areas on the couch reading a good book.
The pool and deck, the terrace, and the various seating and sun bathing areas are there to enjoy Caribbean outdoor living at its finest!

This delightful property is situated on French St. Martin and is a great escape for one or two couples, or a family of four. The villa is stylish, very private and quiet, and offers complete privacy for those who do not want to be seen or disturbed by neighboring views. The living room and both bedrooms are facing the pool & deck and provide a spectacular view.

The two bedrooms are accessible from inside, by hallways on each side of the living room. Thus privacy is assured for each, if 2 couples are traveling together!

There are two bedrooms at Villa Dolce Vita. Each is very well sized and features air-conditioning, and a King sized bed. Each bedroom is individually furnished and decorated, and offers ample closet space.

Fine furniture and decoration in the bedroom! Villa Dolce Vita was furnished and decorated by the owners with fine furniture, decorative pieces, artworks and accessories.

Villa Dolce Vita has a third room, formerly a 3rd bedroom, which is located to the rear of the villa and today used to store luggage and other personal belongings.
The 2nd bedroom is facing the pool and deck, too, and you'll enjoy a wonderful view also from this room!
