Villa Eden View is a new, 4 bedroom 4.5 bath property, situated in the upscale gated community of Park View on the Western end of Orient Bay. It has been completed end of 2006, and the owners took lovingly care for every little detail to please guests, and using only exquisite, fine, top quality material and furniture. On 350m2 of living space, a combination of natural stone, marble and tropical wood has been used harmoniously, completed by tastefully selected furniture, decoration, fine linen and an individual touch added to every single room of the villa.

Next to the kitchen is a small storage room for the food, cooking or household items you'll bring in during your vacation at Villa Eden View.

Villa Eden View is a hillside property and thus offers stunning, 180° panoramic views of Pinel Island, Tintamarre, St. Barts and Orient Bay. Watching sunrise and sunset will both be memorable moments during your stay at the villa, and whilst being on the deck, in the pool or Jacuzzi, you will enjoy watching the daily changing colors of the sky, clouds and sea, ranging from purple, rose to gray, orange and blue.

Back inside, the air-conditioned Villa has a very large open concept living room with high ceiling and extra wide sliding doors that open to the covered terrace & pool and the stunning view to one side, and the patio and lounge area to the rear, on the other side of the room.

The second bedroom at Eden View is situated in the first bungalow by the pool, next to the main house. It is equipped with a set of twin beds, A/C, fan, a minibar and TV set. Bedroom 2 has its private en-suite bathroom and separate toilet.

The bathroom has 2 sinks on a marble counter, a large mirror and a very large walking/stall shower. It is fully tiled in natural style tiles.

The three guest bedrooms are independent rooms, each situated in its own bungalow. These guest bedrooms have a great view of St. Bart's and the beach of Orient Bay.

Bedroom no. 4 is finely appointed and tastefully decorated, to include fine linen, ample closet space, its own flat screen TV. This bedroom offers probably the best view of all bedrooms, as it is located in the first bungalow in the line by the pool, facing directly the sea and Orient Bay.
