Villa Eve is a quaint, comfortable vacation home situated on the beach of Simpson Bay Lagoon, on the French side of Nettle Bay. The beautiful villa became available to the rental market only in November 2007. The property is gated and fenced in, and offers a high degree of privacy for private sunbathing or swimming au natural at its very large private pool. Villa Eve features wonderful views of the water and beach at the Lagoon. The location is perfect for water sports lovers, as you can start windsurfing, jet-skiing, water skiing or boating right from the villa!
A home like home - the comfortable living room at Villa Eve
The villa is very well equipped and furnished in modern West Indies style, all thoughtfully put together to create a relaxing atmosphere as a home like home. The three bedrooms, each with a large en-suite bath, are set around the pool. Along with the spacious living room and covered terrace, the premises form a U-shape and provide privacy for each, if two or three couples are traveling together.

The living room has a large sitting area with several comfortable sofas to relax. There is also TV set. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living room. It features all appliances, kitchen utensils, dinnerware and crockery that is needed for parties of up to 6 people. |
Water sports rentals are just a few steps away from the villa.
You can do boating, water ski or jet ski on the spot!

Outside, Villa Eve provides a large covered terrace with a dining and a sitting area. On the deck, there is also a BBQ at your disposal for sharing steaks or your catch of the day with family or friends. Probably the best spot of the villa is the Gazebo, which is set just between the pool and the sand of the lagoon. A wonderful place for having a cocktail with family or friends, or to watch amazing sunsets over the lagoon!

The villa is very conveniently located to water sport and boat rentals, as well as a grocery store and bakery, a supermarket, drugstore, beauty salon, post office and the boutiques of Nettle Bay (all in walking distance!). A 5 minutes drive will bring you to the French capital of Marigot for visiting the Creole street market there, do some sightseeing or enjoy duty free shopping or dining.

The Master
The Master bedroom has a King sized bed, A/C, and all furniture and decor are set in an elegant and romantic ambiance. The Master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom, which is quite large, with marble tiles and with a bath tub.
All three bedrooms at Villa Eve are air-conditioned and have sliding doors that open out to the pool and the deck.
The 2nd bedroom has a King sized bed and A/C as well. All bedroom at Villa Eve are facing the pool and have large sliding doors to access the pool deck.

The 3rd bedroom has a set of twin beds that convert to a King.
This room is actually designed to accommodate children.
