Built with a harmonious combination of natural stones and wood, the villa offers 3 independent and individually decorated bedrooms with their private en-suite bathroom each. The floor plan of Villa Falerom was intentionally laid out in a way to provide intimacy for a group and privacy of couples when traveling together in one party.

The two-level villa features a very spacious living room on the upper level that comprises some 120 sqm or 1,300 sq ft. This large room with extra wide sliding doors is equipped with everything you'll need for your entertainment and relaxing times: a flat wide screen TV with US and French Satellite channels, a DVD player, and CD/stereo system. A telephone and Internet access, and also safes for your valuables are available as well. Adjoined by the formal dining room, this spacious living area overlooks the pool and allows magnificent panoramic views of the Caribbean sea with the remarkable skyline of St. Barths at the horizon.

The modern kitchen equipment includes a full size American refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, an electric oven, a
stove, microwave, a dishwasher, and several small household appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and blender. Behind
the kitchen is a storage room for your grocery supplies and household items. A washer and a dryer are available as well
in a separate facility room.

	The kitchen features also a bar and breakfast counter to serve your family or friends a snack, breakfast or a cocktail inside this wonderful home.

A superbly equipped modern open plan kitchen is situated between the living area and the dining room. Everything is there to make it easy for you to prepare your lunch or dinner "at home".

The corner dining room next to the kitchen provides an exquisite tropical charm thanks to the adjustable wooden shutters on two sides. An exquisite glass table to host 6 guests is readily available, completed by fine quality glassware, dinnerware, china, and crockery supplied at the Villa.

The very spacious, exquisitely designed Master bedroom is on the main level of the villa on the side of the living room. The other 2 bedrooms are situated in the two individual cottages on the lower level of the property alongside the pool.

Villa Falerom offers three King sized bedroom Suites and three stylish en-suite bathrooms. Note that in addition, on request only, there is a separate studio efficiency available. It has an own separate entrance down below the villa building and is designed for accommodating a nanny or caretaker traveling in the same group.

• Rates are per week in US Dollars.
• Rates are based on two persons per bedroom.
• Rates are subject to 5% tax.
• Maid service included in weekly rates
  
• To secure a booking, a 30% deposit is required.
• The balance is due one month prior to arrival.

Possibility to host 2 more guests in a separate studio efficiency with King bed, A/C, kitchen, private bathroom at an additional cost of $500-$850 per week. This option is only available if these additional guests are part of the same booking party of the villa!
