Villa Floreale is a new, magnificent spacious and quiet 4 bedroom/4 bath property situated in the upscale deed community of Plum Bay in Terres Basses or French Lowlands. The property was converted into a seasonal rental just recently, as it was home to long term tenants before.

	The pool of 5 x 11m or 16 x 36ft is in the center of the lower sun deck. Lounge chairs with cushions invite for lazing by the pool or simply enjoy private sunbathing.
The pool deck offers a beautiful view of the turquoise blue sea of Plum Bay. It is also a wonderful spot to watch the sunrise or magnificent sunsets!

Villa Floreale belongs to a reputable French owner family, who lives permanently on island, on the neighboring lot. They take excellent care of both, their property and their guests. The villa was entirely refurbished and renovated in 2007 before they started renting it out seasonally.

The villa sits on a large lot of 2.5 acre (10,000 sqm) of land and lush gardens, assuring peace and total tranquility without being disturbed by any noise from neighbors or roads!

On the large upper deck is a new gas BBQ grill and the covered terrace with a dining and sitting area. Adjoining the living room, this covered terrace on the upper level deck holds a large Teak dining table and chairs to seat 8 guests enjoying to have dinner with family or friends. There is also a comfortable, shaded sitting area for your relaxation.

The living room opens on three sides, to the upper deck and the 2 bedroom buildings on the left and right side.

The open plan living room with high cathedral ceiling occupies the main building in the center of the property. This spacious room is open on three sides and is newly furnished with contemporary French West Indies furniture.

The owners also installed free WiFi Internet access that is available throughout the entire house.

The living room at Villa Floreale adjoins the outdoor living space and features several comfortable sofas, chairs and a smaller indoor dining area. This beautiful room with vaulted ceiling has large French double doors on three sides that open to the upper deck and the left and right wing of the house. The entire room is bright and airy and allows a gentle breeze to pass through at day and at night.

For your entertainment, in the living room there is Satellite TV with US and European channels, a DVD-player, CD and stereo.

The kitchen adjoins the comfortable sitting area in the living room. There are all new, modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, a microwave, large refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster and a complete set of dinnerware, crockery and kitchen utensils.

Villa Floreale has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with a private, en-suite bathroom each. Three bedrooms feature a King sized bed, and one bedroom has a set of twin beds that convert to a King bed as well.

All 4 rooms have the same size, and have windows or doors to the garden, and French double doors to the pool or deck. A crib is available at the villa, too, to best accommodate also our youngest guests.

All bedrooms have a beautiful view and open to the pool or sun deck with large French double doors. The bedrooms have a good size, vaulted ceiling, terra cotta tiles throughout, and are individually furnished and decorated. The French owners added a lot of individual charm to each room. They are comfortable, warm, tasteful and stylish!

All bedrooms of Villa Floreale are air-conditioned, have ample closet space and are well equipped. Each room has its separate entrance and is accessible from outside, the deck or terrace. The layout and location of the 4 bedrooms allow a high degree of privacy for each couple when traveling together in a larger group of up to 8 people.
