Villa Happy Days features several outdoor areas to enjoy the stunning view. Besides the Gazebo and the pool deck, there is a large terrace next to the living room, partially covered for the dining area. A 2nd terrace is on the lower level of the house and comes with a built-in stone BBQ.

The Living room And kitchen
The open plan living room at Villa Beach Days has a good size (and a fantastic view!). There is flat screen TV with numerous US and European Satellite channels available, as well as stereo, DVD and CD-player, and Satellite Internet access.

"The Mezzanine" A few steps leading up from the living room will take you to the "Mezzanine", a comfortable sitting and lounge area for reading a good book, or for a chat with family or friends in the comfort of an air-conditioned space! |
The Kitchen at Villa Happy Days
The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, top quality ceran electric and gas cooktops, oven, microwave, a full size refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker, toaster and cooking utensils.
The living room at Villa Happy Days comes with Satellite TV, and an entertainment center, and several comfortable sofas and chairs. The room is very tastefully furnished and decorated and has extra large sliding doors leading to the pool and dining area on the covered terrace.

The new and modern kitchen adjoins the living room in an open concept plan. It features a large counter and window toward the Gazebo, providing both, a great view of the sea and the convenience of serving drinks or snacks over the counter to the sitting area at the Gazebo.
The kitchen provides all the necessary amenities, dinnerware, crockery etc. for family style cooking. All appliances are new as this villa has been completed just recently. A washer and dryer are available for guests as well.

Master Bedroom
Villa Happy Days has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and each facing the pool or terrace and the great view. Each bedroom has access to its own patio or small terrace. Three of the four bedrooms are on the main or upper level of the property.

All bedrooms of the house are air-conditioned, have ample closet space and sliding doors leading out to the terrace and/or the pool.

The 4th bedroom is a large Studio suite on the lower level of the villa. The Studio consists of a bedroom, and a living room with cooking facilities and an own flat screen Satellite TV. The studio has its own private bathroom, separate entrance and own terrace for sunbathing.

Rates are per week in US Dollars, and are based on two persons per bedroom. Weekly rates include maid service once per week. Rates are subject to 5% government tax. A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking for the villa. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. A refundable damage/loss deposit will be due on arrival day. |
