The 4 bedroom/4.5 bath villa is built in a purely residential, quiet area. There is no shop, no business and no road with traffic noise around you! Instead, you'll enjoy a gentle, continuous breeze from the Caribbean sea and the tranquility, once you enter the beautiful grounds of Villa Happy Bay.

The pool is large and is surrounded by a generous deck that allows private sunbathing. There is a beautiful gazebo to enjoy the view and the breeze. The covered patio on the gallery features a sitting area and a dining area.

Villa Happy Bay

Happy Bay is one of the few yet unknown, undiscovered beaches of St. Martin. The beach is only accessible either by boat, or by walking down Mont Choisy, or along the shore from Friar's Bay. The Bay lies Northwest of the island, between Friar´s Bay and Grand Case. Your effort to get there will be honored and you will be taken by the beauty of this tropical, intimate bay, with gorgeous views, a beautiful white, sandy beach, and palm trees to provide shade.
