The Living Room
The open floor plan living room is located in the center of the house and opens out to the pool & deck. It has high cathedral ceiling, a dining area with a large dining table (seats 8 guests), and a sitting area. There is a Multimedia room with Satellite TV (US channels) and DVD player, and a library with books and DVD's.

For guests who need to stay connected with family or business, there is a mini office in the house that allows high speed Satellite Internet access.

The Kitchen
The large, brand new Gourmet kitchen adjoins the living room in an airy open space with high cathedral ceiling. All appliances and furniture have been added to the villa in January of 2006. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

The Kitchen
The kitchen has everything you need for family style cooking or for hosting a larger group. There is an oven, a stove, a microwave, dish washer, full size refrigerator with freezer and ice-maker, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.
