| Villa Louis is a new, intimate and very secluded one bedroom/one bath villa hidden away in the heart of the Plum Bay area in prestigious Terres Basses. The villa was recently built on the huge compound of the owners, who live in their own villa, a good distance apart from Villa Louis to assure complete privacy for all. |

Villa Louis is actually the first and only one-bedroom private villa for rent in Terres Basses, completed in summer of 2006. It is a perfect hideaway for honeymooners, for a getaway with your girlfriend, or for a surprise vacation for renewing your vows!

The terrace was recently made over and offers now a Teak dining as well as a lounge area, made very private and intimate. The terrace also provides a very nice view of the Caribbean Sea at Plum Bay (approx. 1/4 mile away) and also marvelous sunset views.

The villa is individually furnished, well appointed and decorated in a warm and welcoming style, thanks to
the French owner lady, a well known artist on the island. Since end of 2009, the living room at Villa Louis features also air-conditioning.
The kitchen at Villa Louis is well equipped and features a full size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, an oven, and a gas stove, toaster, blender, coffee maker and a complete set of crockery, dinnerware, glassware and kitchen utensils. |
