This new, intimate and totally secluded one bedroom/one bath villa sits on a huge lot of of private land, surrounded by lush green gardens. The new deck with a built-in jacuzzi provide a very nice view of Plum Bay (approx. 1/4 mile away) and marvelous sunsets. This totally private villa is set on the large compound that is shared with the owners. They live in their own villa, a good distance away from Villa Louis to assure complete privacy for all.
Villa Louis has a private, brand new Jacuzzi on the deck, next to the outside dining area.

Villa Louis is actually the first one-bedroom private rental villa in Terres Basses, completed in summer 2006. It is perfectly hidden away in the heart of the prestigious deed community of Terres Basses.

The covered deck and Jacuzzi are surrounded by beautiful lush, tropical gardens and completes this perfectly appointed little home away from home.

Inside, you will find a brand new, functional, open plan living room with high ceiling and large sliding doors that open to the sun deck and Jacuzzi.

The kitchen at Villa Louis is well equipped and features a full size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, an oven, and a gas stove, toaster, blender, coffee maker and a complete set of crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils.

Villa Louis' living room features a comfortable sitting area, Satellite TV with both, French and US channels, and stereo and CD player. The villa has free internet access through a WiFi connection.
The entire house is individually furnished, well appointed and decorated in a warm and welcoming style, thanks to the French owner lady, a wellknown artist on the island.
