Living room and adjoining kitchen at Villa Macouba Villa Macouba is a cozy corner townhouse located in the residential area of Mont Vernon II, at about one mile from Orient Beach, on the Northern, French side of St. Martin. The villa is a fully furnished and decorated 3 bedroom/3 bath vacation home for families or 3 couples. Since the long term tenants moved out in summer 2009, the owner decided to make the villa available as vacation rental for cost-conscious travelers.

The villa offers the comfort of air-conditioning in the open plan living room/kitchen as well as in all three bedrooms. The living area at Villa Macouba is furnished with leather sofas and tiled throughout with beautiful Mexican-style tiles and mosaics. For your entertainment, there is a wide flat screen TV with Satellite service, DVD, CD-player, and stereo. A personal safe for your valuables is also available.

The living room of Villa Macouba opens to the small, fenced-in garden patio. It is equipped with a dining table and chairs,... for those of you who rather prefer al fresco dining to the air-conditioned area inside the house.

This quiet semi-attached townhouse is the right place for 2-3 couples or a family who like Orient Bay for its great beach life, but do not want to pay the higher rates that one has to pay when staying somewhere right in the center of this famous and popular location of Orient Bay! Vacationers on budget do not have to miss the comfort and privacy of an own little home. They will appreciate that Villa Macouba offers its comfort and amenities at moderate rates year round!

The villas offers 3 bedrooms in total, of which the Master bedroom occupies the entire 2nd floor. This bedroom is larger than the other 2 bedrooms and features its own private balcony,

Villa Macouba's Bedrooms
The villa provides 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Only the Master bedroom with its private bath are on the upper level. The other two smaller bedrooms are located on ground floor. Bedroom 2 and 3 adjoin each other and are connected by sliding doors. An ideal solution for parents traveling with young children. The third bedroom has also a separate entrance door (can be locked if needed!) Each bedroom has a Queen bed, A/C and a closet space. Bed sizes:

The nearest section of Orient Beach is actually Booboo Jam's Beach bar, at 800 yards further down across the street. The house is approx. 200 yards from La Plantation Educational Park on the main road to Orient Bay.
