La Magnolia's larger neighbor VILLA LA PERGOLA (4 bedroom 4.5 bath) can be rented from the same group. Both villas combined can host large groups of 7 couples/14 people - ideal for family reunions enjoying privacy, tranquility and the safe neighborhood of both villas.

The living room is air-conditioned and features some particularly lovely details in decoration and furnishings, such as the built-in bench and shelves.

The kitchen provides all appliances and dinnerware, glasses, china, crockery, tableware plus all cooking utensils for hosting a larger group.

The first bedroom is a spacious King sized bedroom, the "Master Bedroom". It is bedded with a King bed, has A/C, TV, DVD player, an in room safe, large closet space and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The Master Bedroom enters from the terrace.
Each bedroom has direct access to the terrace and the pool, and affords beautiful views across the pool deck and the bright Caribbean Sea beyond!

Villa La Magnolia consists of 3 air-conditioned large bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms and personal safes. All bedrooms are renovated and redecorated with style and attention to detail. The Master and the 3rd bedroom feature their own TV set and DVD player.

Bedroom #2 with a King bed was newly renovated, redecorated and repainted in fall of 2012. This bedroom has connecting doors to the 3rd bedroom that can also be locked to suit couples.
