Villa Mandala

Villa Mandala is large, Caribbean-style family vacation home situated in the heart of the gated community of Orient Bay. The property is only a block away from famous Orient Beach, the most popular and best serviced beach on the island. A short 3 minutes walk will also take you to Orient Village, the main square on Orient Bay for grocery shopping, restaurants, pizzeria, bars, a French bakery, and other smaller stores.

Villa Mandala

Villa Mandala is a single family home on 2 levels, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with stall showers. The three main bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have a King sized bed. The other two guest bedrooms, mainly used by children, have a set of twin beds and share the 4th bathroom. 3 bedrooms are on the upper level, and 2 bedrooms are on ground level facing the pool and deck. The property has 2 covered terraces, a private pool, a spacious living room, and a full kitchen. Villa Mandala is fully air-conditioned.

The property is completely fenced in and has a gate with Intercom. The villa allows a very high degree of privacy. If you'd like private sunbathing, you will enjoy it at Villa Mandala without being disturbed by views from neighbors or other people.

The location of the villa is great! The beach is at 400 yards, where you can enjoy water sports such as parasailing, jet ski, hobby cats, diving, windsurfing or kite surfing. Orient Beach also offers fun activities for children. There are a floating trampolines and popular banana rides.

Just a block away, there are all the restaurants of Orient Bay, a grocery store, supermarket, bakery, beauty salon, DVD & Internet shop etc. The villa is conveniently located to everything you need for a great vacation. Villa Mandala is one of the few vacation properties on St. Martin at which you won't necessarily need a car!

The pool is surrounded by a large deck. Several Teak patio furniture are available for your very private sunbathing. Unless you prefer our special round day bed with cloth canopy to unwind in the shade...

Outside, there are 2 covered terraces. The upper level terrace features a large Teak dining table for 10, a lounge area, and a corner to the other side with a gas BBQ for family barbecuing.

The 2nd covered terrace is on ground level. It comes with a large wooden sitting area next to the pool, and a table for games. Next to the terrace is a shower for the pool.

comfortably accommodates larger groups of up to 10 people.
This family room is exquisitely furnished of fine wooden and
Teak furniture. For your entertainment there is flat
screen satellite TV, a DVD, stereo and CD player.

The property has been entirely refurbished and renovated in early 2007. All furniture, bedding, decoration and appliances are brand new. The style of Villa Mandala combines fine furniture from Asia with Caribbean style living, which you will experience in the colorful bedrooms and bathrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area. It has an American refrigerator with freezer and ice-maker, a dishwasher, Ceran top stove, an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and water kettle. There is also a very complete set of dinnerware and kitchen utensils to host 10 guests. A separate facility room next to the kitchen holds a washing machine for the convenience of guests.

Rates are in US Dollar per week (7 nights) and are based upon 2 people per bedroom, thus up to max. 10 people.

The weekly rates include tax and service charge with maid service once per week.
