Villa Mangareva #5 is a quaint Creole-style two-level townhouse designed for 2-3 couples or a budget-minded family. The cozy vacation home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 115 m² or 1,238 ft² of living space, plus a very large sun deck and a private pool with built-in sun bedsl.

The property is located within a small townhouse complex of six similar family homes, named after the tiny island of "Mangareva" in French Polynesia in the South Pacific. The villa enjoys a very convenient location at 150 yards from Orient Village for grocery shopping and dining, and at 200 yards from Orient Beach.

The villa offers lots of comfort including air-conditioning in the living room and in the three bedrooms. This cozy family home is very suitable for budget oriented families with young children: All bedrooms are accessed from inside, the pool is secured for children by an alarm system, and a baby bed or cot is available from the owners. In addition, Villa Mangareva is centrally located to everything Orient Bay has to offer: the marketplace of Orient Village with shops and restaurants is 150 yards down the road, and the beach with its many beach bars, restaurants, water sports and entertainment is just 50 yards further.

Villa Mangareva features a very relaxing outdoor area composed of a private swimming pool of 3 x 5 m, and an oversized sun drenched deck with built-in lounge chairs or day beds. This quaint and colorful Creole townhouse is fenced-in within the small residential "Mangareva" complex and is surrounded by gardens and palm trees. From the upper floor, especially at the balcony of the main bedroom, you'll have a very nice view of Orient Bay and the Caribbean Sea.
The Mangareva complex was designed to benefit from outdoor living in the fine tropical climate, thus the exterior entertainment areas with the pool and deck are comfortable, relaxing, and spacious.

Villa Mangareva is available for weekly rentals at attractive low rates for up to 6 people. The villa is only a block away from Orient Beach, the most popular beach on the island. An easy 2 minutes walk will take you to Orient Village, the main square on Orient Bay for grocery shopping, restaurants, pizzeria, snack bars, and a few shops. The magnificent white sand beach of Orient Bay is about 200 yards away.

The front side of the Villa consists of a formal dining room that overlooks the pool and deck. This dining area features a large Teak dining table seating 6 guests comfortably on arm chairs.

The living room adjoins the dining room on one side, and the kitchen on the other side. It is contemporarily furnished with a set of new sofas, an arm chair and coffee table. For your entertainment, there is a flat screen TV, or you may want to read a book or a magazine, or listen to a CD or the radio.

If you prefer to go out for lunch or dinner, or to just have a drink at a nice place, you'll find a variety of restaurants, snack bars and beach bars within an easy short walk away. A convenience store and a grocery with French bakery are in the same Orient Bay area as well.

The main bedroom is on the upper floor of the villa and is equipped with a King sized bed. This bedroom has its own private balcony featuring a lovely view of the pool, Orient Bay and the Caribbean Sea beyond.

Villa Mangareva offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms feature split level air-conditioning, terra cotta flooring and closet space.

Villa Mangareva can accommodate 2 or 3 couples, or up to 6 people, best a family with children. Two bedrooms are bedded with one King bed, and one bedroom with a Queen bed. If needed, there is also a cot for our youngest guests. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The 3rd room is on ground floor with its adjoining "blue" bath.

There are two restrooms (WC's) in the villa, which are separate from the bathrooms.

Villa Mangareva is a 3 minutes walk from St. Martin's most popular beach, Orient Bay, with its great choice of beach bars, restaurants and a large variety of water sports facilities, such as parasailing, hobie cats, jet skiing, surfing, diving and floating trampolines.
Beyond the great choice of restaurants in walking distance, you can easily reach the fine restaurants and local eateries ("The Lolo's") of Grand Case. This "Gourmet capital" of the Caribbean is less than a 10 minutes drive away. Just 20 minutes, and you are either in Dutch-sided Philipsburg or in the French capital of Marigot for (duty free) shopping, street markets, sidewalk cafes, restaurants, bars and sightseeing.
