Villa Méditerranée is a spectacular 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath villa located in the gated Orient Bay Village, within walking distance of St. Martin's most famous Orient Beach. The Villa is perched on a hill, providing a stunning view of the islands of St. Barth's, Tintamarre and Pinel, and a bird's eye view of Orient Village, an oasis of white sand beaches and colorful Caribbean homes.
Villa Méditerranée is in the middle of everything St. Martins' Orient Beach has to offer, yet it is gated and secluded, giving our guests complete privacy.The villa was designed to provide all necessary amenities to please our guests. And a maid is available daily for your comfort.

Outdoor Living at Villa Mediterranee

Villa Méditerranée was designed by a team of American, French and German architects and builders, and the interior design was furnished by a French decorator.

Villa Méditerranée has a large private swimming pool with in-pool lighting. The pool features a custom rock wall and a soothing waterfall. The pool area includes a large deck covered with Italian Terracotta tiles, and surrounded by Ficus bushes, and Traveler palm trees.

The pool deck and the courtyard are gated and provide plenty of privacy for liberal sun bathing. Large teak chaise lounges, covered with colorful cushions, allow the guests to sun bathe and soak in the pool.

The veranda offers an outdoor covered gallery, with recess lighting, outdoor dining for eight, and an additional sitting area overlooking the Jacuzzi and the private pool. Large sliding glass doors open from the salon to the veranda. Flowering plants border the veranda stairs leading to the Jacuzzi.

Large sliding doors open onto the covered patio and sitting area, allowing the sunrays to bathe the salon all day long. Teak loungers with colorful cushions for sun lovers, and a generous deck made of Italian Terracotta tiles invite guests to enjoy Caribbean outdoor living in complete privacy.

The villa's two-level space, rooms, patios, veranda, decks, Jacuzzi and private pool join together in a flowing space and are bordered by a luxuriant garden, which was designed by Caribbean Gardens, one of the best known landscapers of the island.

The Jacuzzi lined with blue Diamond Brite with an Italian Terracotta tile deck and multiple teak loungers for sun bathing. The deck is surrounded by flowering Ixora and bougainvilleas. It offers a breathtaking hilltop view of Orient Village and the Caribbean Sea.

Comfortable sitting area in the living room

The living room has spacious interiors and is climate controlled, with spectacular views of Orient Village, the Jacuzzi on one side, and the islands of St. Barth's, Tintamarre, Pinel and the private swimming pool on the other side.

Colorful drapery and original Caribbean oil paintings decorate the walls. Custom design orange and burgundy elegant furniture include relaxing sofas and chairs, an entertainment center with satellite TV, VCR, a DVD and a CD-Player. The outside world can be reached by direct dial phones from the living room, and WiFi high speed Internet throughout the house.

This elegant and luxurious villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms with four and a half baths, and can accommodate up to 9 persons (4 king sized beds and one twin bed). The spacious living and dining rooms are climate controlled and are exquisitely furnished in imported Teak and Mahogany.

Dining is a real pleasure at Villa Mediterranee. The climate controlled dining room overlooks the Jacuzzi deck, the lighted pool, and the luxuriant villa garden. A large Mahogany table seats up to ten people, under overhead recess lighting and ceiling fans which give a cozy and delightful atmosphere.

The master bedroom has its own private balcony with a stunning 180 degree view of the Caribbean Sea on one side, and the hills of St. Martin on the other side.

The Villa Amenities are tailored to please our guests:

Four bedrooms with King sized bed each and en-suite Creole bath allow one to take a shower while having a hilltop view of St Martin and/or an open view of the private garden. Several bedrooms have a wall safe.
You will find hair dryers in every bathroom.
You also have air conditioning and a ceiling fan in every bedroom for maximum comfort.
A fully equipped Gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances.
A welcome basket with cheese and wine, fruit and delicatessen will be greeting our guests upon arrival at the villa.

Villa Méditerranée's maid is available every day for cleaning and laundry. She lives on the island and can answer most questions about St. Martin.

The Garden

The garden is privately gated and surrounds the entire villa. It was designed by Gilles Cauvi, the owner of Caribbean Garden , one of St. Martin's best landscapers. Traveler Palm trees, Ficus trees, Lantana lavender, Phoenix Roebelini, Solandra, Flamboyant trees, and flowering bougainvilleas transform the garden into a Caribbean oasis of smell and color. Every door of the Villa Mediterranee open onto the garden and every window allows our guests to view the garden's beauty.
