Villa Menaddy is a gated, free standing single family home located in the center of Orient Bay, a short walk away from Orient Village and Orient Beach. The villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 6 guests, plus a sleeper loft on the Mezzanine . The villa enjoys a great location and if you plan to stick to the Orient Bay area for your vacation at Villa Menaddy, you will not necessarily need a car rental!

Just about a block away, there is the beach and all its restaurants and beach bars. Orient Village is situated just some 50 yards behind the beach. In the Village there are restaurants, a grocery store, a French bakery, a Pizza place, a beauty salon, newspaper stand and more. Villa Menaddy is conveniently located to all these places.
You will enjoy the wonderful view of Orient Village, the sea, Tintamarre and Pinel Island on the pool deck looking to the North. And on to the Eastern end of Orient Bay, Club Orient, as well Galion Beach, the natural reserve, and St. Barth's in the distance. |

The fully equipped modern kitchen is situated in the open plan living room. It is equipped with Granite counter tops, a full size refrigerator w. ice maker, a dishwasher, oven, stove (ceramic glass hob), a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the cookware, dinnerware and kitchen utensils needed if you decided to dine in 'at home'.
