A quiet Orient Beach in the morning, but all is already set up the daily visitors from round the world...

Just about a block away, there is the beach and all its restaurants and beach bars. Orient Village is situated just some 50 yards behind the beach. In the Village there are restaurants, a grocery store, supermarket, French, bakery, a beauty salon, DVD & Internet shop and more. Villa Menaddy is conveniently located to all these places. If you stick to the Orient Bay area, you will not even need a car!

The new owners built an extension to the living room that features a sitting and dining area. It is a Gazebo-style covered outdoor area to enjoy the view of Orient Bay, Pinel Island and Tintamarre, even better than from the living room! The villa is designed for easy living and privacy, and is a great intimate getaway for families or 2-3 couples. You will appreciate the comfortable interior, the sun-drenched deck and pool that offers a spectacular view of the entire Bay, the Natural Reserve and the mountains of St. Barth's in the distance.

You can enjoy a wonderful view of the eastern end of Orient Bay as well Galion Beach, the natural reserve, and the silhouette of St. Barth's in the distance.

Thanks to the trade winds of Orient Bay passing through every room of the house, Villa Menaddy remains cool and breezy during the day and night. Large high ceilings, fans, screened windows and doors provide the feeling of wide open and airy spaces at the villa. The large terrace by the pool provides a beautiful view of St. Barth's.

The fully equipped modern kitchen is situated in the open plan living room. It is equipped with a full size refrigerator, a dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the cookware and kitchenware that you'll need if you decided to dine 'at home'.

The living room is spacious and well appointed with flat panel Satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and CD, as well as WiFi-Internet connection for those who have to stay in touch with the office or family back home. The living room adjoins the extended living room outside with another comfortable sitting and dining area. There is also an indoor dining area located between the kitchen and the living room.
