Named after the owner's wife Mireille, Villa La Mirella was completed in 2009 and is available for rent as a 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom option at very attractive rates, actually far under value of the property! The owner couple built this home as a "masterpiece" for their retirement. It took them 3 years until perfect completion of their property, working closely with a team of European architects, designers and suppliers.

The impeccable kitchen adjoins the seating and dining areas. This state-of-the-art Gourmet kitchen has everything the finest hobby chef would need to prepare a delicious dinner and present it nicely on the table with La Mirella's fine tableware and china!

	The dining area is set up like an indoor outlook, where guests at dinner may enjoy watching the Marina and the sea and the coming and going of yachts, boats or the ferry to neighboring St. Barth's.
The indoor dining area offers an oversized wooden dining table with a glass top, seating 8 persons.
	The kitchen supplies fine china, glassware, dinnerware and everything else you'll need for hosting your friends and family or your invites!
On the opposite side of the kitchen and dining area is the hallway that leads to the Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, and to the elegant staircase with glass windows leading down to the third bedroom. The layout of the villa provides for separation between each guestroom, ensuring the privacy of each couple. The sprawling upper and lower verandas with their captivating views were designed for living a luxury tropical lifestyle.
