Villa Ocean Paradise is located on the southern side of Dutch Sint Maarten, at approximately 200 yards from La Vista Hotel, and in proximity to Flamingo Resort, Pelican Resort and the Hollywood Casino. It is easy to reach on the main road that leads through Pelican Key, locally known as "Billy Folly Road".

Within walking distance are various fine restaurants (such as a great steakhouse in town "The Stone" - just to name one), grocery stores, bars, night clubs, 2 casinos, a piano bar, and casual beach bars.
To get to the airport, it's a 10 minutes drive on Airport Road that goes through the busy Simpson Bay area with its restaurants and bars.
