This semi-attached 2-bedroom vacation home is a great starting point for exploring nearby Orient Beach and the other exciting beaches on St. Martin. The cozy private villa is a new, attractively priced vacation rental at great value for young couples, honeymooners or young families traveling on low budget . The villa is very quick drive away from the most popular beach - Orient Beach - or to Grand Case for a night out at one of its many fine restaurants. The ferry boat to Pinel Island for a relaxing day on this picture perfect beach is only 5 min. away. You have, by the way, a direct view of beautiful Pinel Island at Oceanna's balcony!

Villa Océanna offers 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor, and a completely equipped new kitchen, a well appointed living room and a beautiful seaside balcony with dining area on the upper floor.

A large shared swimming pool within this small complex and a sun deck with lounge chairs, plus a poolside pavilion with a picnic area are at your disposal as well.

Villa Oceanna is located in a small residence within in the upscale residential community of Park View on the hills at the very northern end of Orient Bay on the French side of the island.

The panoramic ocean views on the upper floor of the villa include Orient Bay, the small islands of Pinel and Tintamarre, and the famous skyline of St. Barth's at the horizon. The hillside villa is a perfectly quiet and secluded island getaway for 1 or 2 couples, honeymooners or a small family to enjoy the secure area of Park View.

Villa Oceanna offers lots of comforts, fantastic views of the crystal blue sea and the tiny nearby islands at very moderate rates. With a low introductory offer between $1200 and $1900 per week for 2 to 4 guests, Villa Oceanna is a great choice if you are a cost-conscious traveler, without having to comprise on comfort or privacy, or miss out unforgettable views of the surrounding Caribbean Sea.

- THE LIVING ROOM

The very comfortable and cozy living room in the corner has several windows and is bright and airy. In the middle, between the living and kitchen area, are the sliders that open to the outdoor dining area on the balcony.

Inside the villa, the upper floor consists of an open roomy space with the kitchen and the adjoining living room and its cozy seating area in the corner. There are comfortable sofas and chairs to watch Satellite TV (including some US channels) on a wide flat screen. The living room has high open ceiling, a fan and air-conditioning.

- THE KITCHEN

	Villa Oceanna features a complete kitchen with modern appliances. The kitchen is very thoughtfully and practically appointed and includes a breakfast and dinner table seating four guests. Everything is thought of for an easy life in the kitchen, for both, preparing and serving your meals.
There is a Ceran glass stove with kitchen range, an oven, microwave, a full size refrigerator with freezer and ice-maker, a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender and all other kitchen utensils, crockery, glasses, china, pots and pans for dining in.

- THE BEDROOMS

There are 2 bedrooms and 1 private large full bathroom at the lower, poolside level of Villa Oceanna. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, and plenty of closet space. In one of the rooms there is also a personal safe for your valuables.

The first, main bedroom of Villa Oceanna is bedded with a King bed. The room is very accommodating and painted in light pastel purple and white. On the right side of the bed is a large closet for your luggage and cloths. A very nice unique painting completes this cozy poolside room.

	The 2nd bedroom is designed for children or a 2nd couple. This bedroom is equipped with a set of twin beds that can be pulled together to make a King bed.. The art loving owners also added a lovely original painting to decorate this room.

Christmas / New Year's weeks:	$1,900 per week for 2-4 people
