The living areas occupy the entire ground floor of the villa and comprise a large seating area, a formal dining area and the kitchen that opens to the dinner table via a bar counter with bar stools.

Villa Orient Caraibes offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All three bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs in the 2-level townhouse. The access to the bedrooms is via the stairways located in the rear of the living room, at the entrance area of the house.

Villa Orient Caraibes is located in the Northwestern section of Orient Bay on the French side of Saint Martin. The villa is situated in the coastal plain (not hillside!) of this quiet residential area of Orient Bay.

Built in the 2nd line behind the beach, it's a quick, easy walk of 50 yards on a paved beach access road to get to well known "Waikiki Beach" and Coco Beach Bar on Orient.

The charming marketplace of "Orient Village" offering a few restaurants, a grocery store and a few shops, is a few hundred yards further down the road (2 min. by car, or 5 min. walk on the beach to get to the Village).

The Villa is a quick drive from Grand Case for fine dining; 20 min. from Marigot, the capital of the French part with its boutiques, the street market and sidewalk cafes; 25 min. from the Dutch capital Philipsburg, known for duty-free shopping and the lovely boardwalk on Great Bay.
