Perched on a hilltop in the gated community of Orient Bay, Villa l'Orientale is a fine, deluxe vacation home with a stunning panoramic view of Orient Bay, Orient Village and the islands of Pinel and Tintamarre. This delightful villa is a perfect comfortable getaway for one or two couples.
There are two bedrooms at Villa L'Orientale, plus a third room, a former 3rd bedroom, which was converted into an office in summer of 2008. All three rooms feature air-conditioning, are tastefully furnished and have ample closet space. The Master bedroom with King sized bed opens to the pool deck and has an en-suite bathroom, and a safety deposit box. The 2nd King bedroom is located at the entrance area of the villa and has a private full bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower.
The Master bedroom opens out to the pool & deck, and has its own porch and lounge area with a view of the pool and the sea beyond. The vista from the terrace, deck, or from the sitting area in front of the Master Bedroom area equally spectacular! Whether you enjoy the view at daytime or at night! As the sun goes down, the lights over Orient Bay go on and the great view from hillside Villa L'Orientale continues.
On the private porch 
Awake each morning and take in the view of Orient Bay right in front of the Master bedroom. Have a first morning swim in the pool, just steps away, and enjoy the unobstructed view of colorful Orient Village and the blue waters of the Bay.
The Master bedroom has a fine, fully tiled en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a large stall shower. The other large bathroom is located off the hallway. It also features a large shower and two sinks.
Take in the view from all angles in this well situated, quiet and very private villa. Bright airy spaces open up onto a beautiful patio and terrace for private sunbathing. Enjoy Caribbean outdoor living in complete privacy!
Villa L'Orientale has a very private swimming pool. The pool deck and the courtyard are gated and provide plenty of privacy for a relaxed vacation, 'au natural' if you wish. There are several outdoor living and lounge areas, and lounge chairs to allow guests to sun bathe in total privacy and tranquility. The veranda offers a covered gallery with outdoor dining for six, and additional sitting areas. All these areasl feature magnificent views of Orient Bay and the turquoise sea.

Villa L'Orientale has fine terra cotta tiles in the living room and in all other rooms of the house, and on the veranda and porch as well. The living room features elegant furniture including relaxing sofas and chairs, an entertainment center with wide flat panel TV, VCR/DVD player and stereo. The high ceiling and the many windows and sliding doors provide a bright and delightful atmosphere.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances for eating in, with an oven/stove, microwave, American refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, and a full supply of china, glasses, crockery and cooking utensils.

ACTIVITIES ON ORIENT BAY
Orient Beach with its active beach life, watersports and restaurants are in close proximity. There are tennis courts, horse-back riding, parasailing, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, snorkeling, jet-skiing, and day trips to other Caribbean islands and uninhabited Pinel Island and Tintamare. French & international restaurants beach bars, a pizzeria, a French bakery and patisserie, and a grocery store are available a short stroll away, at Orient Village.
