The new owners completely remodeled this outstanding property in 2008 and created a stylish home of uniquely modern and contemporary design, and offer now this luxury villa on expansive living space of 400 sqm or 4,300 sqft at very reasonable rates. This refined spacious room features all comforts, best quality furnishing, and all amenities for luxury relaxation. Step out of this beautifully decorated room and a few stairs will bring you to the gorgeous outdoor area and the private pool.

Chambre "Love": The refined King size Master Bedroom features A/C, LCD TV & DVD, WiFi, en-suite bath... and an elegant ambiance.

The Master Bedroom at Villa Paloma, called Chambre Love, features elegant design throughout the King sized room with en-suite bath, A/C and access to its private terrace The Master bedroom is situated on the front side of the villa. A great room offering a wonderful intimate ambience and privacy for a couple! Its large sliding doors lead to a private terrace overlooking the pool area and the sea and Orient Bay beyond. This beautiful room is located left of the living room when you enter the house. It has also a safe, a large closet, and comes with a private en-suite full bathroom with double sinks, a bath tub/shower combination and a hairdryer. A black leather convertible sofa is there that could accommodate 1 or 2 children in this room, if need is.

The bedroom is situated on the other side of the living room, opposite of room "Love". It can be accessed from inside the villa by a short flight of stairs from the kitchen or from outside through the sliding doors at the pool deck.

Chambre Kiss is on the other side of the living room, opposite Chambre Love. Privacy guaranteed if 2 couples are traveling together seeking privacy for each!

Room "Friends" provides a private en-suite full bathroom with two sinks, a shower and hairdryer. On the same side of the room are sliding doors leading to a private porch with a nice view of the garden and a little ocean view.

ACTIVITIES ON ORIENT BAY

Kakao Beach on Orient Bay is run by the same owners as Villa Paloma. Worth a visit!

Orient Beach with its active beach life, watersports, restaurants and beach bars is less than 400 yards down the road from Villa Paloma. In close proximity, there are tennis courts, horseback riding, parasailing, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, diving, snorkeling, jet-skiing, and day trips to other Caribbean islands and uninhabited Pinel Island or Tintamarre. French & international restaurants beach bars, a pizzeria, a French bakery and patisserie, and a grocery store are available a short stroll away, at Orient Village.

Orient Beach, probably the most famous beach in the Caribbean, is a mere 2 min. drive from the Villa, or a 5 minutes walk.

Guests of Villa Paloma are offered free beach chairs at KAKAO BEACH on Orient Bay, which is run by the same owners as Villa Paloma. Please note this offer is only valid for guests of Villa Paloma and only for beach chairs on the 2nd or 3rd line at the Kakao beachfront facilities.

Kakao Beach is one of the long time established beach bars & restaurants situated right in the center of Orient Beach. It is a great beachside restaurant in a casual, open cabana-style setting. Serving a wide range of international cuisine, Kakao Beach is best known for its fresh seafood and tasty pizzas. Other options include burgers, sandwiches, veal, lamb and various desserts. In a specific section, Kakao Beach also caters to naturist friendly beachgoers, and offers water sport rentals, a bar and a souvenir & gift shop.

Villa Paloma is only a 5 minutes drive from Grand Case, the "Gourmet Capital" of the Caribbean, and 15 minutes to the French capital of Marigot, with its chic boutiques, bistros, sidewalk cafes and duty free shopping in an overall laid-back Caribbean ambience.
