This exciting new villa is situated at the upscale community of Park View, a new, gated residential area half way between Orient Bay and Anse Marcel. The luxury and spacious 3 bedroom villa allows extraordinary views of the sea, Orient Bay and the islands of Pinel, Tintamarre and prestigious St. Bart's. It features a lot more amenities at very attractive rates, (starting at $2,700 per week), but the main great features of Pelican's Rock are certainly the breathtaking views, the expansive outdoor space and the elegant, very spacious living room. The property is built as an reversed L-shape to the best benefit of all rooms in terms of sun, view and breeze at this hillside home.

Villa Pelican's Rock was built some five years ago by the owner couple that designed the villa as their own Caribbean family retreat. The property, by the way, got its name from owner Tony's favorite bird: the Pelican. You will find his mascot at several places on the property. One you won't miss is the Pelican shower by the pool, the 'landmark' of the villa.

The three split air-conditioned bedrooms at Pelican's Rock are lined up alongside the pool and can be accessed from the terrace. All bedrooms offer a fantastic sea view! You can rest on any bed, and simply enjoy watching the changing colors of the azure blue turquoise Caribbean sea and sky!

Villa Pelican's Rock: Bedroom 1

Bedroom 1 provides a beautiful view of the sea, even from the bed!

The air-conditioned Bedroom 1 at Pelican's Rock features a new double bed in Baldachin-style. The bedroom has direct access to the pool deck and provides beautiful views of the sea and the small surrounding islands.

The bedroom is located by the pool, and can be accessed either through the sliding doors, or from inside left of the living room.

This bedroom has a connecting door to the adjoining bedroom 3, which was added just recently to even better accommodate couples traveling with one or two children.

The bedroom faces the pool and offers a fantastic view of the Caribbean sea lying beyond the blue turquoise water of the pool. The amazing view is also splendid from inside the bedroom, and when lying on the bed.

Watch unforgettable sunrises from your bedroom or from the porch in front of your room. There's also a hammock and a patio bench and table for your relaxation and for enjoying the unbelievable views at the villa!

The 2nd bedroom is located by the pool, next door to the first bedroom. The entrance to this room is from the outside, through the sliding doors.

Rates are per week in US Dollars, based on two persons per bedroom (max. 6 people). Weekly rates include a very nice welcome basket. RATES DO INCLUDE ALL TAXES! 50% deposit per wire transfer or check required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due in cash on arrival day. A refundable security deposit will be required on your arrival in order to protect the property against damage/ loss.
