This exciting villa is situated in the upscale community of Park View, a new, gated residential area at the northern end of Orient Bay, St. Martin. The luxury and spacious 3 bedroom villa allows extraordinary fine views of the sea and Orient Bay, the islands of Pinel, Tintamarre and St. Barth's, and gorgeous Caribbean sunsets.

The three air-conditioned bedrooms at Pelican's Rock are lined up alongside the pool and are accessed from the terrace. All bedrooms offer a fantastic sea view! You can rest on any bed, and simply enjoy watching the changing colors of the azure blue turquoise Caribbean sea and sky!

Pelican's Rock boasts of a very large tiled terrace, partially covered, and a private sun deck. The exterior spaces with the terrace and pool encompass some 125 square meters or 1345 sq ft. That's space to relax on the lounge chairs, unwind in the hammock and take in the panoramic view! The property is built as an reversed L-shape in order to best benefit at all rooms in terms of view, sun and breeze at this fine hillside home.

The property features a beautiful large private pool of 30 square meters or 322 sq ft. Surrounded by a tiled sun deck and overlooking the sea, the pool and deck are perfect for private sunbathing and tranquil relaxation.
Villa Pelican's Rock was originally designed by the French owner couple as their own Caribbean family retreat, so it is very well kept and very well appointed. The property, by the way, got its name from owner Tony's favorite bird: the Pelican. You will find this mascot at several places on the property. One you won't miss is the Pelican shower by the pool, the 'landmark' of the villa.

NEW! The owners refurnished the dining area on the covered terrace with a new Teak dining setting replacing the white furniture (still on some pictures). They also improved the already beautiful garden by adding a pond with water lilies and a fountain overlooking Orient Bay. The latest updates are a completely new kitchen, new furniture in the living room and railing in the elevated living area.

The open plan split level living room is elegantly furnished and very spacious. It comprises some 100 square meters, over 1076 sq ft.

The entire front side opens to the terrace and pool, maximizing the fabulous panoramic view at the villa, even from inside. The feeling of space in this main room is enhanced by cathedral vaulted ceiling with wooden beams painted in light blue, matching perfectly the colors of the exquisitely tiled floor.

The spacious living area consists of the interior dining area and the kitchen on one side, and the seating area on the other side.

On the slightly elevated level near the entrance you'll find an office space with 2 antique desks and drawer chests, one on each side (the best spot to hook on your laptop to WiFi Internet). There is also a half bath for guests.

The dining area features a large antique dining table of tropical wood with seating for 6 guests. The dining area is in the center of the living area. On one side, it adjoins the open plan kitchen. On the other side is the seating and TV area.

The sitting area in the living room has been upgraded recently by a new wide flat screen TV, new upholstery and a larger window than before.

The Completely New Kitchen Space

The entire kitchen space was redone end of 2012, including new counters and benchtops, cabinets and some appliances. This open kitchen has everything ready for you, whenever you decide to dine in 'at home'. It is equipped with all appliances of a luxury home, has a storage space on the side, a bar/breakfast counter that opens to the terrace and a complete set of fine glassware, china and silverware.

One of the kitchen counters serves as a bar to the terrace, with a large shutter/window and complete with bar stools. Enjoy this great view from the kitchen!

The kitchen is a pleasure to work in. All is handy for easy preparing your meals. From dishwasher, full size refrigerator, freezer, microwave, to glass ceran cooktops, oven and smaller devices such as coffee maker, tea-maker and a blender.

Bedroom 1 is located by the pool, and can be accessed either through the sliding doors or from the living room.

This bedroom has a connecting door to the adjoining bedroom 3, which was added just recently to even better accommodate couples traveling with one or two children.

The air-conditioned Bedroom 1 at Pelican's Rock features a 4-poster double bed in Baldachin-style. The bedroom has direct access to the pool deck and provides beautiful views of the sea and the small surrounding islands.

Bedroom 1 has an elegant, private en-suite full bathroom with two sinks,two mirrors, and a stall shower with a window and a great view. There is a separate small dressing and closet space.

The bedroom faces the pool and offers a fantastic view of the Caribbean sea lying beyond the blue turquoise water of the pool. The amazing view is also splendid from inside the bedroom, and when lying on the bed. Watch sunrise from your bedroom or from the porch in front of your room. There's also a hammock and a patio bench and table for your relaxation and for enjoying the unbelievable views at the villa!

Villa Pelican Rock's 2nd bedroom features vaulted ceiling with a little mezzanine in the back and comes with wooden beams painted in blue. The room is bedded with a French double bed made of fine tropical wood and completed by a mosquito net.

Fabulous view over the pool and the Caribbean sea from the 2nd bedroom! There is a small glass / iron table and chairs on your patio to sit, relax, and take in the view!

Bedrooms 1 and 2 of the villa are similar in terms of size and location. They are both lined up by the pool, provide A/C, a double bed, and face the beautiful Caribbean sea allowing magnificent views.

The 2nd bedroom is located by the pool, next door to bedroom #1. The entrance to this room is from the outside via the sliding doors. This bedroom comes with split A/C, a dressing room on the left side of the bed, and a private bathroom to the rear right side. Both, from inside and on its porch, the room offers a superb view of the pool, the sea and nearby small islands.

Villa Pelican's Rock - Bedroom 3

This bedroom was formerly a storage and office space. It was converted into a 3rd bedroom recently to better accommodate couples traveling with children.

The room adjoins bedroom 1 by a connecting door and is also accessible from the living room. It features a new King bed, split A/C, a drawer chest and a lovely view over the terrace and the sea beyond. The private full bathroom of this bedroom is separate.
