The property is built as an reversed L-shape to the best benefit of all rooms in terms of sun, view and breeze at this hilltop home.

Villa Pelican's Rock was built some five years ago by the owner couple that designed the villa as their own Caribbean family retreat. The property, by the way, got its name from owner Tony's favorite bird: the Pelican. You will find his mascot at several places on the property. One you won't miss is the Pelican shower by the pool, the 'landmark' of the villa.

The three split air-conditioned bedrooms at Pelican's Rock are lined up alongside the pool and can be accessed from the terrace. All bedrooms offer a fantastic sea view! You can rest on any bed, and simply enjoy watching the changing colors of the azure blue turquoise Caribbean sea and sky!

The villa has a large private pool overlooking the sea, and surrounded by a vast tiled deck and terrace of over 125 square meters.

Villa Pelican's Rock features a beautiful large private pool of 30 square meters or 322 sqf. Surrounded by a tiled sun deck and overlooking the sea, the pool and deck are perfect for private sunbathing and au natural without being disturbed by views from neighbors.

The property enjoys a very large tiled terrace, partially covered, and a private sun deck that all together encompasses some 125 square meters or 1345 sqf. That's space to relax on the lounge chairs, unwind in the hammock, and take in the panoramic view!

On the slightly elevated level near the entrance of this room you will find an office space with an antique desk and drawer chest (that's the best spot to hook on your laptop to WiFi Internet), as well as a half bath for guests. The dining area on the lower level features a large antique dining table of tropical wood for comfortably seating 6 guests. The dining table adjoins the open kitchen that has everything ready for you, whenever you wish to dine 'at home'.

On one side of the living room is the seating area with comfortable couches and armchairs. The room is finely appointed with antique furniture, armoires, chests, drawers, chandeliers and decorative pieces. It includes also a library and the entertainment equipment, namely a flat panel Satellite TV (wide screen coming soon!), a DVD and DivX player, radio and CD-player.

Villa Pelican's Rock - the living room

The open plan split level living room is elegantly furnished and very spacious. It comprises some 100 square meters, over 1076 sqf. The entire front side opens to the terrace and the pool to maximize the fantastic panoramic view and the constant breeze at this hilltop home. To even increase the feeling of space, this main room of the villa features high cathedral vaulted ceiling with the wooden panels painted in light blue, matching perfectly the colors of the exquisite floor tiles.

The villa features an elegant, spacious living room of some 1614 sqf. and unobstructed ocean views! Great view at this great room of the villa that is elegantly furnished and really spacious (approx. 1614 sqf) !

The living area consists of the inside dining area and kitchen on one side, and the seating area to the other side. The kitchen, equipped with all modern amenities of a luxury home, features two large bar and breakfast counters. One counter serves as the bar to the terrace, completed by several bar stools. The air-conditioned Bedroom 1 at Pelican's Rock features a French double bed (oversized Queen) with a beautifully handcrafted headboard. It is a unique, antique-style piece made of Indonesian wood and decorated with white roses.

The bedroom is located by the pool, and can be accessed either through the sliding doors, or from inside left of the living room.

This bedroom has a connecting door to the adjoining bedroom 3, which was added just recently to even better accommodate couples traveling with one or two children.

The third bedroom features split A/C, a drawer chest and a set of twin beds that can be pulled together. The room was recently added to the villa to better accommodate couples traveling with children.
The room adjoins the first bedroom by a connecting door and is also accessible from the living room where its half bath is located.

This bedroom comes with split A/C, a closet room on the left side of the bed, and a private bathroom to the rear right side.

	The room has a French double bed made of fine tropical wood and completed by a mosquito net. Both, from inside and on its porch, the room offers a superb view of the pool, the sea and nearby small islands.

The 2nd bedroom is located by the pool, next door to the first bedroom. The entrance to this room is from the outside, through the sliding doors.

The en-suite bath of the second bedroom is fully tiled, has a stall shower, a sink and marble countertop. The bathroom is accessed by a door located on the right side of the bed.

Rates are per week (7 nights) in US Dollars, and are based on two persons per bedroom (max. 6 people). Weekly rates include a very nice welcome basket. RATES DO INCLUDE TAX! A 50% deposit per wire transfer or check is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due in cash on arrival day.
