It takes only a few minutes at this fine and stylish property to get to the dazzling white sands of Pinel Beach. You can either take the ferry boat to Pinel's tropical dream beach, or you can use one of the kayaks that the villa owners have readily available for you at the villa's own boats dock.

The living room at the villa opens to the expansive covered terrace and provides a fantastic direct view of the sea and the small surrounding islands.

Inside, the villa offers a large open concept living area with vaulted ceiling and with the open kitchen on one side, and the seating area to the other side. Most of the carefully selected furniture were imported from Bali and fit harmoniously to the handpicked decoration and accessories. Modern amenities have not been forgotten, and are beautifully integrated into the overall quiet style of the villa, such as the wall mounted wide flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod station and sound system.

Amenities include a Ceramic glass hob, an oven, stainless steel microwave, full sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary utensils and amenities.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that the cook needs to prepare delicious meals including ample (storage) space. In addition, carefully selected fine quality dinnerware, tableware and crockery from France are handy in the kitchen. A very large gas BBQ grill is at the villa as well. Not to forget to mention that the kitchen provides a fantastic panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea!

The villa features 3 air-conditioned King sized bedrooms with 3 en-suite designer bathrooms with a natural stone shower. Two of the three bedrooms open to the deck and offer a fantastic direct view of the Caribbean Sea. The third bedroom is to the rear of the villa and features a garden patio.

All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and are bedded with a new King sized bed from Bali/Indonesia with a quality mattress. The bedrooms a elegant and individually furnished and decorated with the French owner's lady fine sense of style. Beautiful parquet flooring, fine linen, and a chic en-suite bathroom add to the comfort and well-being in every of the three bedrooms.

The spacious en-suite Master bathroom with separate private restroom (WC) is accessed from behind the head board. It is exquisitely designed with fine details, such as porcelain bowls and coral stone mosaic and tiles.

The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a Bamboo King bed and opens to the deck and the view.

The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a beautiful Bamboo King bed, parquet flooring, A/C, a very large closet and a stylish en-suite bathroom with natural stone mosaic and tiles. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hair-dryer.

There is plenty of closet space, parquet flooring and vaulted ceiling in pastel gray in each bedroom.

Bedroom No. 1 and No. 2 front the pool, the sun deck and the sea. These two rooms can be accessed from both, inside the villa (off the living room) and through the sliders from the outside.

Villa Pinel is located on the Northern coast of French Saint Martin, to the Northern end of Orient Bay. It is at a 5 minutes drive to the protected tropical beach of Anse Marcel and a 10 minutes to popular Orient Beach lined with beach bars, restaurants and water sports.
	The ferry station in French Cul-de-Sac to get a boat to Pinel Island is only a couple of minutes away. Villa Pinel is the first rental villa in this picturesque and peaceful area of St. Martin!
