Villa Prana

Villa Prana, a non-smoking villa, is a deluxe and spacious 4 bedroom villa located in the gated and upscale community of Dawn Beach Estate with a very short walk to Dawn Beach. The villa offers 3 equal size bedrooms on the top level with en suite bathrooms, which open directly onto the pool deck. The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level of the villa. The villa accommodates up to 8 people, but also offers lower rates for less guests to use the villa, making this fine property very attractive for couples only, see also lower rates for 1 couple.

The large free-form pool at Villa Prana features stunning views of Dawn Beach and the surrounding ocean. The new Westin Resort, Spa and Casino can also be seen from the pool deck and is a short 150 yards stroll way.

Villa Prana features a wonderful, large free-form private pool with a very spacious pool deck, and and outdoor dining area with chairs and teak lounge chairs for your private sunbathing. The owners added a sun roof to the pool just recently (see picture on the top left).

The villa can be rented as one-bedroom (Master bedroom), two, three and four bedroom rental. If rented as a two bedroom the two guest rooms on the top level are offered. If you prefer the Master bedroom instead of one of the guest bedrooms an additional fee of $200.00 per week is required for all seasons.

This fine property is a beautiful, well kept villa with nice tropical gardens and top of the line furniture throughout. It is tastefully and individually decorated and equipped with all amenities, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room, ceiling fans and dining table seating for 6 persons.

There is cable TV in the living room as well as in all bedrooms, and a Stereo system with surround sound system and outdoor Bose speaker boxes. DSL Internet access is available at the villa, for free.

You can enjoy the Atlantic breeze and stunning views of Dawn Beach Oyster Pond and the surrounding ocean from the pool deck, the living room, and almost every room!

Villa Prana features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and all new equipment. Appliances include oven, stove, full size refrigerator, ice machine, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher and a coffee maker.
