Nestled cozily in the hills overlooking Anse Marcel, this fine Baroque-style villa offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean, the Marina of Anse Marcel, yachts and sailboats anchored or passing by on their way to Anguilla of which you have a direct view as well at the elegant pool area of Villa Rocher.

Villa du Rocher conveys a theatrical atmosphere tied to a new baroque style decoration. Dedicated to the French way of fine "savoir vivre", Villa du Rocher has a beautiful unique style. It pays tribute to "la Belle Epoque" in a cosy yet elegant way with utmost attention to the finest details. Hidden behind the scene is a luxury setting with wide screen TV, A/C, marbled baths, a large private pool and elegant deck, and a Gazebo-like formal dining room.
The impressive Villa du Rocher, or "Villa of the Rock" in English, is situated at a prime location in the upscale Anse Marcel community, which is known for its hilly and partially steep and windy small roads. Villa Rocher however enjoys the advantage of a quite easy access from the main road before you enter the driveway to this truly luxurious and romantic getaway!

The interior is spacious, elegant, and playful. A set of exquisite white leather furniture await you as soon as you enter the imposing entrance hall. Completed by precious rugs, antique paintings and furniture, high open ceiling, this exceptional living area opens to the vast outdoor areas and allows the most amazing vista of Anse Marcel and the Caribbean.

The two-level, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa is the ultimate place for a memorable vacation experience on St. Martin for celebrating your honeymoon, intimate birthday party, renewal of vows, important anniversary or romantic getaway with your spouse!

The French villa owners decided to rent their precious home and move elsewhere mid of 2009. Although some major painting and renovation work have been done meanwhile, they wanted to keep each room as unique, breathtaking, lovingly furnished and decorated as before and providing all imaginable comforts.

Villa Rocher reminds of a 17th century villa with pure Roman-Greek baroque decor. On the right side of the living area is an extra, Rococo-like room with antique furniture and a grand piano, adjoined by the formal dining area on one side (fronting the pool) and the spacious kitchen on the other side that faces the rear of the house.

A very spacious kitchen is waiting for you. It meets all expectations of a gourmet chef!

The kitchen is roomy and elegant. All is here to even please a gourmet chef for preparing a special night, or a fine dinner served among a group of friends or family!

The formal dining room is protected against the sun and breeze by extra wide windows and canvas on three sides. The marble dining table seats six guests (and easily more) under the lights of a fine chandelier.

Villa Rocher offers three large air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite baths. The Master bedroom is located at the main level of the villa fronting the pool area. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the upper level. All 3 bedrooms at Villa Rocher are bedded with King beds.

An additional 1/2 bath is located off the hallway.

Each of the 3 bedrooms features a spacious, elegant, en-suite marble bathroom.

Our Introductory Rates for our first seasons !
Low Season May 1 - Nov. 30:	$3,300/wk for 1-3 couples
High Season Dec. 1 - April 30:	$4,600/wk for 1-3 couples
Christmas and New Year's weeks:	$8,000/wk for 1-3 couples
Rates are per week in US Dollars. Rates INCLUDE government tax. Weekly rates include maid service once per week. Rates are for 2 persons per bedroom. Max. occupancy: 6 people, adults only. To secure a booking a 30% deposit is required. The balance is due one month prior to arrival. Enjoy the enticing view at our fine outdoor lounge area!

Located hillside at the residential area of Anse Marcel, the villa is a short 2 min drive from the beach of Anse Marcel, the marina and yacht harbor, as well as to the facilities of the Radisson Resort and Le Domaine Hotel. The best spot to go for lunch, a snack or cocktail is the relatively new Paradise Beach Bar associated with the fine gourmet restaurant of "Le Verandah" at Anse Marcel.
