Villa Sea Haven is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath villa located in the upscale community of Oyster Pond Hill above Dawn Beach. This tranquil hillside retreat boasts of spectacular views of Dawn Beach, the Atlantic ocean and St. Barth's from every room of the property. The modern architecture and layout of the Villa was designed to best possible benefit from the fantastic view.

On the main level of the villa is also the large Gourmet kitchen. It features top quality equipment, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a stock of everything to meet the highest needs of a gourmet chef. If you prefer to dine out, there are several options nearby, from candlelight fine dining on Dawn Beach to Caribbean casual at any of the many restaurants.

The very well appointed master bedroom is upstairs, accessible by a a flight of stairs from the living room. The Villa is offered at very attractive rates for couples only and using the Master bedroom only. Otherwise, the villa can accommodate up to three couples. The two smaller guest bedrooms are situated on the lower level of the villa and feature also direct ocean views and a private balcony.

Villa Sea Haven is located a 5 minutes walk away from Dawn Beach and the new Westin Resort & Casino. At the villa there is a flight of stairs that leads down to the main road, a shortcut to reach the beach or the facilities of the The Westin, such as the casino, spa, massage, boutiques or its fine dining restaurant.

There is plenty of light at this modern 3-level-villa, interior and exterior. The bright living area on the main level is spacious, features very high ceiling, air-conditioning, and a formal dining room for 8 persons. The furnishing is high quality rattan with touches of lively and vibrant Caribbean colors.

The Master bedroom is located on the upper level of the villa and is accessed on a flight of stairs from the living room. The Master is a comfortable large room with high ceiling and natural brown wooden panels. The room boasts of a King sized bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, Cable TV, a large closet, a personal safe and en-suite marble bathroom with shower. The bedroom offers spectacular direct views of the Atlantic Ocean, especially from its ocean facing private balcony.

There are three bedrooms at the villa. Two are equipped with a king bed, and the third room has a Queen bed. All bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans and an en-suite bath. There are balconies in front of every bedroom to take in the most stunning unobstructed ocean views!

The 2nd bedroom is smaller than the Master bedroom and is located below the main level of the villa, next door to bedroom #3. This bedroom comes also with its own balcony for enjoying the fantastic view. The room is equipped with a King sized bed, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a closet, and en-suite private bathroom with shower.

The 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed is facing the ocean, too!

Bedroom #3 adjoins the 2nd bedroom and has the same amenities, except that there is a Queen bed. Enjoy the wonderful view on your private balcony or even when lying on your bed!

The elegant marble bath of he Master bedroom is equipped with a large stall shower, a sink, mirror and hair dryer. The house runs on 110V with US outlets.
