Our romantic hideaway features one King-size Master bedroom and a full bathroom. There is an absolutely private plunge pool and a rooftop sunning deck for your private sunbathing.

Should you ever wish to wander from the private haven that is Soleil Brilliant, the pristine sands of Plum Bay Beach, Baie Rouge or Long Bay Beach are just a few minutes drive. The vibrant shopping, dining, and nightlife of Marigot are only 10 minutes away.

A tropical decor of teak furniture and potted palms welcomes you to Soleil Brilliant. Curl up on the sofa to watch breathing sunsets over sparkling waters of the Carribean Sea, or wander through sliding glass doors to the pool deck with covered dining area.

A private roof deck offers daytime sunning or nighttime stargazing, with magnificent views of St. Martin's French capital city, Marigot, and the neighboring islands of Anguilla, Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Barts.

Soleil Brilliant is a one-bedroom villa that offers ample of space for one couple. The living room is large, has high cathedral ceiling, and a beautiful view to the pool deck and lush garden.

Soleil Brilliant features TV, DVD and stereo with CD player, telephone and a personal safe. The furnishing is elegant and tasteful of mainly contemporary West Indies style.

The modern kitchen at Soleil Brilliant is kept simple and functional. The kitchen equipment includes a full size refrigerator and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, Coffee maker, and a complete set of kitchen utensils. Outside on the deck is a gas BBQ grill.

Adjoining the living room is a covered outdoor dining area with seating for 6 persons.

Elegant decor and fine West Indies furniture invite for relaxing inside while watching TV or a good DVD, or listening to your favorite CD.

The Bedroom

The air-conditioned Master bedroom includes a canopy bed, seating area, and countertop connection to the kitchen. French doors from the bedroom open to the deck for sunning, lounging, or dipping in the free form plunge pool.

Our one-bedroom villa is totally private and secluded. A perfect getaway for one couples seeking for a luxurious, romantic island getaway in total privacy and seclusion. Our premises are suitable for private sunbathing. Everything is there for a truly relaxing time in a tropical, Caribbean setting. The villa is located in the gated deed community of Terres Basses, a safe, purely residential area on St. Martin, considered to be the most prestigious area on island!

Soleil Brilliant has a two bedroom sister villa Soleil Eternel on the same property with all the same amenities. The two homes can be rented together as Soleil Estate or separately. When rented separately, both homes offer maximum privacy.
