As the villa has no very close neighbor to the left, nor right or to the front, the outdoor areas are perfectly suitable for private sunbathing or swimming au natural. The three bedroom home is situated in a secured residential area of Pelican Key with 24h security.

Villa Soleil with its large living room and 3 bedrooms is a 2-level freestanding family home. It was designed to make one feel at home and comfortable, as soon as you enter the door. Tastefully furnished and decorated with handpicked pieces, the villa offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a beautifully furnished great room opening to the outdoors and al fresco dining, a fully equipped kitchen and high ceiling with a special gallery style Mezzanine.

The caring French owner of Villa Soleil lives on island and is very accommodating with any request or question you may have for him.

Amenities in the large living room include Cable TV on a wide flat screen TV , DVD, CD and stereo, free Internet access and Skype phone.

The villa blends Mediterranean furnishings with a touch of tropical flair. A seamless transition between inside and out, the living area opens to the outside terrace and gallery. There is both, dining outside or inside at the round Mosaic table inside with seating for 6 guests. Other amenities for a relaxing time at this fine property include:

Villa Soleil offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, of which two are bedded with a King bed, and the third bedroom with a Queen. Bedroom 2 and 3 share one large bathroom located in between the two bedrooms.

The exquisite Master bedroom of Villa Soleil features air-conditioning, ample closet space, a deluxe four poster King size bed, and terra-cotta tiles throughout. All three bedrooms are located on the lower, poolside level of the villa and are accessed from inside the house.

The two bathrooms at Villa Soleil offer each two sinks and mirrors, a shower, nice large cabinetry and hair-dryers. The Master bath features in addition a bath tub. A good supply of fine bath towels is provided in every bathroom.

Opposite the Master bathroom is a separate laundry room including a washing machine and a dryer. An iron and iron board is available as well. For your comfort, daily housekeeping from Monday through Saturday is provided at Villa Soleil, and is included in the weekly rental fee.

The Master bedroom comes with an en-suite private bathroom including a fully tiled quaint shower as well as a bath tub.

A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking at Villa Soleil. A refundable security deposit will be required on your arrival in order to protect the property against damage and/or loss.
