The main outdoor entertainment areas of Villa Sol e Luna consist of the wooden terrace in the front yard of the property, facing the sea and providing magnificent views. The spacious terrace holds a private swimming pool, a sun deck with four lounge chairs and an umbrella, next to the built-in Jacuzzi. On the other end of the terrace is the covered al fresco dining and lounge area seating 8 guests, followed by the deck of the Master bedroom, which is furnished with a patio sofa and a hammock.

At Villa Sol e Luna serenity and peace abounds thanks to its wonderful hillside location in a new upscale villa neighborhood of Mont Vernon 3. Despite its very close proximity to popular Orient Bay, this new residential community at Mt Vernon is not yet fully developed and thus much quieter than densely populated Orient Bay that you can see from all angles of the villa's front yard!

Enjoy the fine Caribbean weather at Villa Sol e Luna! The property is perfectly designed for quiet relaxation surrounded by the natural beauty outside. Enjoy the serenity at our outdoor spaces taking advantage of the warm climate and gorgeous Caribbean sun. Our spacious terrace is beautiful at daytime with the magnificent views of the sea, Orient Bay and small neighboring islands. During and after sunset, views are equally wonderful from our tranquil seaside terrace whilst watching the sun go and the twinkling lights along the coastline of Orient Bay.

About a third of the spacious open plan living area is dedicated to the state-of-the art kitchen. Custom-built by owner and gourmet chef Christian, it fulfills every cooking demands, making it a fun experience when you're busy with cooking a delicious lunch or dinner for your friends or family!
Highlight in the cooking area is the large kitchen island that serves as both, a convenient workspace with a ceramic glass hob and kitchen range in its center, and as a bar and breakfast or snack area.

To complete the fine kitchen, quality appliances were also carefully selected, just to name the basics:
• A full size Refrigerator, Freezer and Ice-maker
• Oven and microwave

The living room opens to both, the dining area on the front terrace, and the dining area on the pergola of the rear terrace. This elegantly decorated room, enhanced by high vaulted white ceiling in contrast to its brown European tiled flooring, is equipped with contemporary styled furniture and a wide screen Satellite TV with French and US channels (CNN, ESPN). Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available in all rooms of the villa.

The two bedrooms are located to the left and to the right of this spacious and elegant room. Note that TV's and DVD players and a safe are also in each of the two bedrooms!

With utmost attention to quality and little details, the 2 bedrooms at this contemporary home were designed to offer a maximum of comfort for a couple and uniqueness in style at the same time. The air-conditioned Master bedroom with Cottage-style ceiling offers a King bed with quality mattress, a TV and DVD player and a personal safe. The room has interior access from the living room and opens to its own private covered terrace with a very nice view of Orient Bay.

The Master bedroom opens to your private wooden deck, a part of the front terrace, which is furnished with a sofa and a hammock overlooking Orient Bay, the sea and Mont Vernon.
The en-suite Master bath features a fancy French style bath tub, a single sink, mirror, towels and a hair-dryer. The bathroom is designed the French way in terms of having the WC in a separate room.

Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed blends a refined style enhanced by subdued pastel colors and fine decoration. This is a great room to relax! Watch TV or a DVD from your bed or enjoy the lovely sea view from this air-conditioned bedroom that also comes with a safe and a dressing area and closet space. The bedroom leads onto the deck with the built-in jacuzzi and the sunbathing area with lounge chairs and an umbrella for your quiet relaxation!

As to the bathroom in this 2nd bedroom, the owners created a quite special solution! Behind the leather headboard, separated from the sleeping area by sliding doors, is the shower with granite stone tiles and mosaics. To the right side of the shower is a mirror, magnifying mirror and a designer water bowl. The WC is in a separate room.

Villa Sol e Luna is situated on a gentle hillside in the new purely residential community of Mont Vernon III in the greater Orient Bay area, on the northeast coast of French St. Martin. The location is very convenient, being only a few min. drive away from Orient Beach (Booboo Jam, Palm Beach, Waikiki, Coco Beach) and Grand Case, well known across the region for fine dining.
Grocery shopping: a big supermarket is 1/2 mile away, the "US Import" in Hope Estate at the roundabout between Mt. Vernon and Grand Case.
A golf training range is one mile away, on the road to Grand Case. The 'official' 18 whole golf course is a 30 min drive away at Mullet Bay, near the international airport.
Day trippers to the tropical dream beach of Pinel Island will be pleased to have only 5 min. to drive from Villa Sol e Luna to get to the Pinel ferry station in Cul-de-Sac.
