The Stone House is located on the east coast of the (former) Dutch side of the island adjacent to the French border. At this 4 bedroom hillside villa, visitors discover the natural beauty of Dawn Beach, Oyster Pond and the Atlantic Ocean. Natural field stone coupled with Tuscan architecture and dramatic terraced gardens elicit appreciation of its unique design.

The Stone House offers a unique look, great comfort and a great location! It's within an easy 150 meter stroll to Dawn Beach and to well known Mr. Busby's beach bar. The Westin Resort, Casino & Spa is within a short (about 1/4 mile) but hilly walk. The Casino offers elegant gaming facilities as well as 3 oceanfront restaurants and lounges. Coupled with the 4 existing restaurants on Dawn Beach, a short, enjoyable walk provides a nice variety of dining options. Plus there is a handful of restaurants and popular "Mama Pizza" on the French side of Oyster Pond. All culinary flavors within a mile of home!

The Stone House at Oyster Pond is a unique hillside retreat featuring Tuscan architecture based on natural fieldstone collected from the islands' old plantations and tiles. The property consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bath, and a charming 1-bedroom fully functioning guesthouse. Both houses offer balconies with stunning and seductive views of Oyster Pond, the marina, the surrounding ocean and the remarkable hilly skyline of St. Barth's in the distance.

The Stone House features a private pool with an expansive deck overlooking the ocean and St. Barth's in the background, and a Tiki bar and BBQ area just above Oyster Pond and the Marina. The property is as unique as the location with breathtaking sunrises, caressing island breezes and soothing deep-blue waters.

The Stone House has a spacious main living area with nice, comfortable new furnishings. Beautifully decorated and complete with the comfort of air-conditioning and ceiling fans, there is also formal dining area and a dinner table with seating for 8 persons.

The dining area is facing the front side of the house, thus you'll have a nice view at lunch or dinner, whereas the kitchen is to the rear of the same open plan room, facing the lush gardens.

All rates are based on 7 nights and include airport pick-up, welcome basket and daily maid service (except Sundays & Public Holidays). A 9% Government Tax and Service Charge will be added to all rates. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom. Minimum Booking is 5 nights except for Christmas & New Year's where a longer minimum stay is required.
