The property consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bath, and a charming 1-bedroom fully functioning guesthouse. Both houses offer balconies with stunning and seductive views of Oyster Pond, the marina, the surrounding ocean and St. Barth's in the distance.

The Stone House features a private pool, with an expansive deck, and a Tiki bar overlooking the ocean. The villa is located on the east coast of the Dutch side of St. Maarten, very near to the French border. At about 80 feet above sea level, the villa overlooks the very origin of the island's division into two separate countries. Uniquely situated to capture expansive views of both, Dawn Beach and Oyster Pond, The Stone House provides beautiful sightings of nearby St Barts as well.

Newly furnished, the Stone House has 4 bedrooms with King and Queen beds, fine linens and towels, high speed Internet service, TV's, stereos with Ipod couplings and a barbeque grill at poolside. All rooms are fully air conditioned for summertime comfort and ocean breezes in high season will flow through every room.

The Stone House has 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located in the main house. The 4th bedroom is in the guesthouse and is a fully functioning Studio suite with its own kitchen, living room, bathroom facilities and an own porch.

Bedroom #4 is a one-bedroom Guest Cottage with a King sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV/VCR, en-suite bathroom with shower, porch and an own fully equipped kitchen.

All rates are based on 7 nights and include airport pick-up, welcome basket and daily maid service (except Sundays & Public Holidays). A 9% Government Tax and Service Charge will be added to all rates. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom. Minimum Booking is 5 nights except for Christmas & New Year's where a 12 night minimum is required.
