Majestic Villa Sun Marine sits atop the hill of Dawn Beach Estates allowing magnificent panoramic ocean views of 240 degrees and watching beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The property is located within a gated, purely residential upscale neighborhood of Dawn Beach Estate, on the Dutch side of the island. |
The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa is furnished and designed in Caribbean colonial style. Sun Marine comes with top quality furniture and appliances, and all amenities. In addition to many modern extras, such as wide flat screen TV with US channels, a flat screen TV in the Master Suite, and a play station, the villa offers some unusual extras, such as the beautiful grand piano in the living room, and a lot of collection pieces from the owners, some of them are nautical decor, such as several antiques telescopes. There is also a large Jacuzzi (seats 10) in the garden to the rear of the house, adjacent to the BBQ area with a huge American-type gas BBQ.

If you prefer to dine out, a few bars and restaurants at Oyster Pond or at the Westin Resort are a 5 minutes drive away. Another 10 minutes, and you are at Orient Beach with its many beach bars, restaurants and shops, and 20 minutes to Grand Case with its +30 fine restaurants.

The Master Suite has a Queen size, royal-pedic deluxe adjustable electric bed, A/C, flat screen TV, and its own porch with a beautiful ocean view. The Master has an en suite full bathroom which is accessible by walking through the dressing room adjacent to the bedroom.
