Villa Sunny Palm is located in the purely residential, gated community of Tamarind Hill Estates on the Dutch side of St. Maarten, close to the French border. Special low rates are available starting as $1,800 per week for using only 1 bedroom.

The 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home sits on a hillside at the gated community of Tamarind Hill offering magnificent direct views of St. Barths, Guana Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. You are only minutes away from beautiful Dawn Beach and the Oyster Pond Marina, or the Dutch capital Philipsburg for (duty free) shopping.

The well appointed and hurricane-proof property features three air-conditioned bedrooms, each has its own private en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms come with a King sized bed and the third with a set of twin beds, making it a wonderful choice for families or couples.
The living room and kitchen From the living room you walk onto a covered deck that has room for outdoor dining. Adjacent to the covered area is a pool surrounded by a very spacious deck area for sunning and taking in the stunning ocean views. Located within this neighborhood is a beautiful secluded beach just minutes away.
