Villa Sunrise offers privacy and seclusion, yet it is very close to the beach. A short walk across the street and you are on Dawn Beach, one of the finest beaches of St. Maarten, and also a good spot for snorkeling. There are also bars, restaurants, and a small grocery store within walking distance.
The separate "guesthouse" of Villa Sunrise hosts the 5th bedroom, which is actually a large studio apartment. It is fully equipped with a sleeping area (Queen bed), a bathroom, kitchen, living room / dining room combo and private patio and balcony. |

Besides the bedrooms, the living room was also recently refurbished. One of the new amenities is the wide flat screen Cable TV that completes the usual entertainment center (DVD, CD player, stereo). The gazebo-like terrace that adjoins the living room has all new comfortable quality furniture as well.

Villa Sunrise features 5 bedrooms, of which 4 are located in the main house. The 5th bedroom is situated in "The Cottage". Each bedroom has a private bath and air- conditioning. Three of the four bedrooms in the main house have their own entrances, allowing for privacy when traveling with friends. The other 3 bedrooms in the main house have one Queen or a set of twin beds, and 2 open to the pool deck. Every room has a great view! Every bedroom has air-conditioning! Except the Master bedroom every bedroom features a private patio or balcony with a seating area to enjoy privacy and the stunning view! |

A separate guesthouse called the "Cottage" hosts a large studio apartment un the upper level with maid quarters down below (living on property). The bedroom studio in the Cottage has A/C, a Queen bed, private bath, a large living/dining area, its own TV and a private balcony. The studio was completely refurbished in 2008 with new Bamboo-furniture.
