Villa Tropic Paradise is a new, luxurious 4 bedroom 4.5 bath hillside villa at prestigious Anse Marcel. The spacious 2-level villa is ideal for a large family or an intimate getaway with friends. The neighboring Villa Blue Bay (also 4 bedrooms) is for rent from the same owners. Booked together, the two properties can accommodate large parties of up to 16 people in a comfortable, secluded and luxurious setting.

Tropic Paradise is a totally quiet hillside retreat on the busy island of St. Maarten, secured by 24h security. Within a short distance from the villa, driving down the hill, lies the picturesque beach of Anse Marcel, and the new luxury 4 star Radisson Hotel and "Le Domaine Resort", known for the meeting between former French President Mitterand and US President Bush sen. in the 1980s.

Villa Tropic Paradise and the sister Villa Blue Bay were built in 2008/2009 on a very large lot, almost on top of the hill overlooking Anse Marcel.The villa is in walking distance from the prestigious "Le Privilege Resort & Spa", where you can access squash and tennis courts, spa and beauty treatments or their work-out and fitness facilities.

The upscale area of Anse Marcel at the Northwestern tip of French St. Martin can be considered as the last hidden secret of the island. The tropical, picture perfect bay of Anse Marcel is basically known by only a few privileged travelers, who experienced a secluded, truly luxury Caribbean vacation at one of the few high end resorts tucked away at the well protected bay and hills of Anse Marcel.

Villa Tropic Paradise features a large, shaded terrace with several seating, lounging and sunbathing area. All is set up in a quiet, peaceful atmosphere to ensure your tranquil and secluded relaxation.

The large private swimming pool of 5x11 m or 16x36 ft features a children safety device and is wrapped by a wooden deck, surrounded by the newly planted garden and framed by the hills of Anse Marcel.

The open concept living room, next to the kitchen, opens to the terrace by extra wide sliding doors. The room is spacious, furnished with high end elegant furniture, and decorated in contemporary style. The entire house with its various living areas is designed to offer privacy for each when traveling within a larger group.

Tropic Paradise features a fully equipped, open plan kitchen including all new appliances and equipment. There is an oven/stove, a full size refrigerator with ice-maker, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and also a sophisticated wine cooler. A charcoal BBQ grill is handy outside on the terrace.

	Putting the accent on a light and elegant design of space, the living room (as all other rooms of the villa) with the seating area on one side, and the dining area on
the other side along with the kitchen, are furnished and decorated in contemporary formal "Zen"-style.

Aside from the great amenities and serenity at Villa Tropic Paradise, another big pro of this fine property is the individual service provided by the caring owners. Benefit from their personal welcome on arrival and their assistance in planning your vacation! Whether it is car rental, sailing trips, renting jet skis, kayaks, or a motor boat, or simply organizing a babysitter or daily housekeeping. The owners live on island and are there to help in making specific arrangements for you.

Villa Tropic Paradise offers four bedroom suites. All are independent and equipped with a King size bed and A/C. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and separate restroom. All four bedrooms have pretty much the same size and are accessed from inside, off the living room. Two bedrooms area equipped with a safety deposit box.

All 4 bathrooms have a rain shower head and stylish fixtures and fittings. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and adaptors for 220V/110V.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the main, ground floor of the villa. The fourth bedroom is on the upper floor and features a view of Ansel Marcel and the sea. On ground level, 2 bedrooms open to the pool deck, and one is facing the entrance & garden.
