Villa Victoria is a wonderful new Caribbean style 3 bedroom 3 bath property located in the gated upscale community of Oyster Pond Hillside. Completed in 2009, the villa is perched on a hilltop providing the most amazing views of the ocean, the island of St. Barth, surrounding hillsides, Coralita Bay, Galion Beach and Orient Bay.
The villa is on two levels with rooms, patios, veranda, decks, gazebo and private pool joining together in a flowing space surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. At Villa Victoria, you'll have a truly memorable vacation experience! Enjoy the panoramic views while sipping a cocktail on the spacious deck.... Have a barbecue under the stars…Take a dip in the pool while overlooking the scenic setting. Or go down to Dawn Beach, one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island.
The upper level of Villa Victoria provides an outdoor covered gallery with ceiling fans, a comfortable lounge area plus a large outdoor dining area for up to 10 guests. From the veranda, stairways lead down to the lower level to access the large private swimming pool and sun deck.
The villa features a large private infinity pool and sun deck completed by a Gazebo offering panoramic views. The outdoor areas at Villa Victoria are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fabulous views, including a comfortable seating area. The gazebo is equipped with a large bar with a fridge, a sink and gas BBQ grill. Lounge chairs allow guests to sun bathe and soak in the pool in total privacy. For your convenience, there is also an outdoor ½ bathroom for use while by the pool & deck.
The lower level of Villa Victoria comprises the three equally sized King bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms. On the same level, there is also a laundry room with washer/dryer, and an iron & ironing board.
Comfortable lounge chairs set up by the pool await you for your private sunbathing and complete relaxation.

The third bedroom also offers a King size bed, air- conditioning, a ceiling fan, internet access at the desk, a mini refrigerator and a spacious closet. The en-suite bathroom features a shower, a single bowl sink, large mirror and modern cabinets and hairdryer.
